Vertu Mini Exeter great service
We were very happy with the whole experience from the initial phone call until the collection.
Charlie (Charlotte) from Exeter Vertu Mini was always on hand to answer our questions but also to make the experience a positive one all the way.
It was also nice the sales manager made sure we were happy with the service before we left with our lovely new Mini…..

Excellent purchasing/selling experience at Vertu Exeter
From the initial visit to the showroom to collecting the vehicle the customer service was exceptional. I wasn’t rushed, had time to consider my options & no pressure to purchase at all. I was kept up to date on the progress of the build of the vehicle & on collection day there again not rushed. Everything explained. A very smooth experience. Charlotte Barlow was the sales person & a pleasure to deal with.

Rowan Is The Man
Thanks to Rowan for looking after me , had a few hiccups with delivery of my new Countryman JCW but all sorted .
Very happy overall with the service with just 2 niggles .
1.. Call centre is based in Newcastle and I found them a bit difficult at times to deal with as they were not on the ground so to speak .
2. Paid £46k for a new car but it doesn't come waxed and polished , I found this a bit odd as if it was 2nd hand it would have been .
I have informed the team of this and so maybe it will change in the future .
Overall I would say that Mini Exeter are a very nice helpful team and they certainly make you feel welcome .

New Car Purchase Mini Cooper S
Purchased a new Mini Copper S from Vertu Mini Exeter, great car and great service from Charlotte and the rest of the new car sales team. She kept me in the loop with any delays and made sure that the handover of the vehicle went as smoothly as possible. Overall a good experience and hopefully that will continue.
