Replacement Mini
We were looking to replace my mini and visited Vertu in York. The customer service was outstanding and Harry Wilcockson was brilliant. He is very knowledgeable and at no point pressurised us to buy which was really appreciated while we made our choice of replacement car.

Our 4th Mini
The team at Vertu did a great job. Everything was done professionally and in a friendly and efficient manner. Ben Fay looked after us throughout the process, explaining everything and keeping us up to date at all time. Great People To Deal With
I bought a used Mini in August 2025 and the service was so good that when I had the opportunity to buy a brand new Mini, there was only one place I would go.
Shout out to Ben who really looks after his customers and a very big thank you to Stacy who dealt with the order and the whole process with us. The car arrived ahead of schedule and we were made to feel really special all the way through the process right up to collection, which was a great experience.
If you want really good advice and first calss service from a team that care then Vertu at York is the place to go.

I recently visited the Vertu MINI dealership in York to purchase & collect my new mini and received outstanding service from Becky. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Becky’s knowledge and attention to detail were excellent, and she genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt completely confident that I was in good hands throughout.

First mini purchase
Cameron and Ben at Mini were really helpful. Both answered my questions and provided relevant information. I’ve only driven manual cars previously and Cameron took me through how to drive the automatic Mini Cooper and supported me as I test drove the vehicle. Vertu provided a professional service and have since supported me following the purchase of my Mini. I would highly recommend Vertu - York for its customer service and approachability- well done, one very happy customer.

We were very well looked after by Carl Baker and the team at Vertu York, from start to finish. We spent some time deciding exactly what specification we required, and then Carl found us a suitable car out of new build stock due for delivery in the next few weeks.
Very thorough handover with the car set up to our requirements, and it's been a delight ever since!

Very friendly people . We dealt with Harry who was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions.his tea making skills were excellent too.
Didn't really enjoy the negotiating side of the process - why do all garages do this ? " Hang on I will have to speak to my manager " "this car is about to go to auction if it's not sold"
I did have a query before purchase and left a message for Lucy to call me back - never received a call .
I also think it would be nice to acknowledge when payment is received .
Collection was easy and efficient . Harry went through everything with me and Ben introduced himself

We bought a mini in November 2025
We bought a mini clubman in November 2022 supported by Carl Baker, our sales executive, who was exceptional. As a result of that good experience we returned in November 2025 to have a look at upgrading to another new Mini. We were not disappointed. Carl once again was professional, friendly, helpful and had a thorough knowledge of the cars we were looking at. We have had our Mini for two months now and are thoroughly enjoying the new driving experience.
