My experience purchasing my new Nissan Micra Ev at Nissan Halifax was excellent. The team created a relaxed and comfortable environment with no pressure at any stage,which made the process enjoyable. My experience at vertu nissan Halifax went very well, saw the car we wanted, after a while was approached by John one of the vertu staff,he was not pushy at all in fact we spent about 2 hours there,we drove away happy deal done, would I use them again,yes with out a doubt cheers Nigel & Debbie

Initially our usage, requirements and finance was discussed in depth, before we even looked at a vehicle. A Nissan juke was then brought over from the storage area, the right colour, mileage and mechanical and technical levels but most of all within our budget. We did not need to see any other cars it fitted our requirements perfectly. We were not pushed to buy but were given more in depth information on the car, but had already decided that we were happy to go ahead and purchase the car. It was a pleasant experience compared to previous contact with motor car dealerships.

The staff was very freindly and helpfull excelant service throught the prosses of buy new car from start to finish . I was kept updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend anyone buying a car. I felt all the staff were there to help. They couldnt do enough to make us happy .
