Me and my partner went into the Oxford…
Me and my partner went into the Oxford Branch and spoke with Sher Azad regarding getting a new 3008. We made the order on the day and was told it would be up to 3 weeks waiting for the car to arrive. 10 days later we was in the vehicle. The whole process was so smooth and not like any dealership I have ever been in. All the staff in the branch where extremely polite and helpful. Thanks again for all your help Sher Azad and for getting us in our new vehicle so quickly.

Don’t use if you want car fixed
I booked my car in a week in advance to have a part fitted. When I turned up for the appointment, they told me they hadn’t even ordered the battery.
They asked who I’d spoken to when I made the booking. I couldn’t remember the person’s name, but I gave them the phone number I’d called. They then told me it wasn’t their number—even though it’s the number listed on their website.
Really disappointing service. If you’re looking for a garage that’s organised, helpful, and actually ready to fix your car when you arrive, I’d look elsewhere.

Excellent Experience with Vertu Oxford
Had an excellent experience with Vertu Motors, Oxford recently. The whole team were exceptionally helpful but special kudos to Sherazad Hussain who was our main point of contact through our purchase of a new hire Peugeot E-3008.
The team managed to secure the colour car we wanted quickly, the purchase itself was pretty seamless and Sherazad himself was very easy to deal with. And as my wife remarked, he has tremendous teeth! :-)

Unecessary hick ups
There were difficulties during the sales process that could easily been avoided if more attention had been paid, having to chase to get things resolved took the shine off the experience. I felt it should not have been my role to chase the salesteam to ensure the car was perpared correctly and in a timely fasion.

Very disappointed took car for service…
Very disappointed took car for service 4 days ago it’s literally packed up. Taking it as far as I can been advised accordingly. Car only 3 years old , bought at the same place brand new.

I understand that this is partly my…
I understand that this is partly my fault, as it was my first time having an MOT and service done this way. My car was collected from my home, and about an hour later I received a call saying that repairs were needed.
I was then told the cost would be £1,700. When I said that was too expensive, I was immediately offered a payment plan instead of a clear explanation of the work. Shortly after, I was told the total had actually increased to £2,130 because the service had not been included initially.
I was not clearly informed whether these repairs were necessary for the car to pass the MOT, and I also wasn’t asked about my existing warranty, which could have covered some of the costs.
Overall, this felt like a very opportunistic approach, focused on getting as much money as possible from the customer rather than providing transparent and honest service.
For this reason, I am giving a zero-star rating.

We found the car we where looking for and they made the experience good and where not pushy. There was no problem to small for them to sort out, The manager was very helpful and the sales man kysar was very helpful in keeping us informed.

Excellent Service
Dan was brilliant from start to finish. He offered me a test drive and went through all the information very clearly. I felt like he listened to what I needed and my budget and gave me good advice. I am very happy with the car I have purchased.
