She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Nothing ever felt rushed, and I really appreciated how straightforward and relaxed the whole process was.

Went to look at the Dacia Spring and was met by Amina, who showed me around the car. Amina was very professional and talked about the various options available if I wanted to purchase a car, new or used. Sometimes when you are buying a car the sales person can be a little bit pushy, but Amina wasn’t, she was attentive and listened to my needs and arranged a test drive for me. I would definitely recommend Vertu Bradford and just ask for Amina as I’m sure you won’t be disappointed

Decided to upgrade from a Captur to a Symbioz into a world of the unknown - first automatic and FHEV. Chose a car on the forecourt and Amina then steered the way to negotiate cost of new car against trade in value. I got the deal I wanted. The sale went through without any hassle and subsequent delivery. Throughout the dealings with Virtu Motors all the staff were pleasant, friendly and efficient.

Absolutely appalling. Needed some warranty work and two recalls. Contacted them in January, booked in for Feb. Day before contacted me and told me they had forgotten to book the courtesy car and needed to re-book in March. Contacted me the day before the booking telling me I should have been there with the car (I have the email confirmation and text messages showing they were lying). Couldn't rebook until the end of April - 4 months wasted.

Absloutley terrible would never buy a car from this company again. Spent 9k on a used car with the promise that the flat tire and seatbelt sensor issues would be fixed before delivery only for the car to be delivered with a flat tire and not being able to drive it for the full weekend until it could go into the garage on Monday also was assured there was nothing wrong with the seatbelt sensors one week on from buying and going to have to take it in to a local garage to be checked for this issue. Also terrible communication from the Renault Bradford team for any updates you have to call them had to call the day before delivery to check if it was happening and what was going on as hadn't heard anything since I sent them the money and dont expect any confirmation of your payment going through transfer 9k and then have to call them up again to find out if they've got it and if I can find a delivery slot

Josh and Jamal really looked after me, I chose a car I wanted and it was all sorted within 3 days. So polite so helpful answered any questions that i asked. Smooth sailing process would highly recommend using Renault Bradford.

I own a Renault Captur Hybrid and recently experienced an issue where the petrol flap stopped locking. I booked the vehicle into Vertu Renault Bradford, where I was advised after inspection that the required parts would be ordered and that I would be contacted once they arrived.
After four weeks with no communication, I contacted the dealership and was informed that the parts had to come from France, were unavailable, and that there was no estimated date for when they would be back in stock. I followed up several times over the following weeks and was repeatedly given the same response.
After waiting over three months with no progress, I decided to take my car to a different Renault dealership. They checked the issue on Tuesday and contacted me shortly after to confirm that the part was available and could be fitted. The part arrived within two days.
This raises a serious question as to why Vertu Renault Bradford was unable—or unwilling—to source the same part in a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have felt forced to take my vehicle elsewhere after being fobbed off by this dealership. It gives the clear impression that warranty work is being avoided.
Ironically, when I previously had my car serviced at Vertu Renault Bradford, there was significant pressure to complete a positive review of the service.
I am currently considering replacing my vehicle, and due to the consistently poor service I have received from Vertu Renault Bradford, I have now ruled out Renault as an option. This is disappointing, as the decision is based solely on customer service rather than the vehicle itself.
I felt it was important to raise this matter, as this level of service is unacceptable and has directly resulted in the loss of my future business.
I have tried to leave this review on Google, however it was rejected... questionable..

Update to previous review – Disappointed, but not surprised
I’ve already posted a review here, but unfortunately, all efforts to resolve my issue have proven purely performative.
After escalating a serious safety concern — including an uncommanded emergency brake at motorway speed — I finally spoke with the General Manager of the dealership. Despite outlining everything in full, I was told he’d investigate and get back to me.
It’s now been over a week. No call. No email. Nothing.
The silence speaks volumes. I’ve been left without a working car for almost two months while continuing to make payments — and at every stage, I’ve had to chase for answers that should have come willingly.
I’m tired of being polite about it. This has gone far beyond poor customer service.

Kelly looked after us so well throughout the whole process! I have a disability & she was so supportive, patient & kind, helping us find solutions & adaptations that suit our needs.
