Went there for my first test drive and end up buying our first car ever. Sebastian explained about the car in details and Honey dealt with the paper work, test drive and after sell service. As a new driver and 1st time car owner I believe those thinks are crucial.
In next 12 days Honey answered my all emails and ensured some other accessories I asked. Collection date went very smooth and expected.
We didn't feel to visit any other car dealer as they seems adequate and friendly.

We were welcomed into a very well presented showroom, met a very knowledgable and informative sales person who guided us through the process without any pressure which enabled us to make the right decision and we ended up with a very stylish and chic new car, a massive thank you to all at the dealership who made it such an easy and enjoyable experience.

The service at Vertu Renault in Leicester is outstanding. I bought a new Renault Clio to replace my previous one and Vish was so helpful and patient, and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, and they listen to your needs and offer advice. I have also taken out a service plan with Vertu as I was so happy with their customer service. I love my new car!

We came in to the showroom yesterday to ask a question and to see if you could help us with the satnav ,we seen Colin he was very helpful and another colleague came to us and helped sort it out . Renault Leicester really looked after me and my family getting a Simbyoz. Paul and the team were very helpful. Honey in the test drive explained things very well and Alex on the hand over was very efficient. The car itself is been lovely to drive so far.

I went in for a test drive of a new Renault 4 this weekend and was blown away by the service I received from Alex R. I was keen to understand the car better and his knowledge was invaluable in helping me choose the right model for my needs. I was weighing up financing the car through my work salary sacrifice scheme and have always been sceptical of finance through dealerships (a PCP deal in this case). However, through the course of the day I felt like I was honestly dealt with, genuinely assisted to tailor the finance to my requirements and that the very best deal available was sought for me (I've gone away and done a bit more research and what they proposed looks like pretty much the best offer out there). Ultimately, while the deal was strong, I decided to go in a different direction, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Renault Vertu in Leicester again and, in particular Alex and his manager who renewed my faith in car dealerships after some pretty poor experience in the past with others. Thanks Alex!

My experience at vertu motors was exceptional. Vish went above and beyond from the minute we arrived, he helped me every step of the process, I’m not great with technology, I rang Vish in a panic , he was great and I went straight into see him and he sorted everything out. So a great big thankyou to Vish for finding me my dream car and making the whole process enjoyable.

I was delighted with the helpful and courteous service we received from the person selling us the car. Buying cars is always a stressful business, but buying from Vertu was made it a positive experience because of the considerate attitude shown by the sales executive. He understood the budget we had available and the type of car we wanted. I cannot praise his approach enough.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was made to feel welcome but not pressured into buying any "extras" which I did not want. The whole process, from test drive to ordering to handover went very smoothly. I would thoroughly recommend Renault Leicester to anyone wanting to buying a new - or used - vehicle.

I exchanged a new Dacia Sandero for a used Renault Clio back in October 2025. At Bristol Street motors. I went out for a test drive with Viraj and pointed out that the brakes were squeaky and I was told that that would be sorted out before the handover, after the handover I noticed that the brakes were still squeaky and I was told by Paul to bring the vehicle back in to get the brakes looked at, after a few days I went back to get the vehicle and went for a test drive with Paul and he pointed out that the brakes were still squeaky and I should make and appointment for the new brake pads to be fixed. After 3 weeks I rang up and was told that the new brake pads had just arrived and that the car should be ready in a couple of days, I went to collect the car and upon driving I noticed sounds coming from the front as I was turning left or right a terrible noise. I emailed Viraj explaining to him and I was told that he would speak to his manager and then he would call me back, this never happened and I rang Viraj up and was told that I’ve been driving the vehicle and therefore there’s nothing they could do, upon which I said to Viraj that I wasn’t happy with the car because ever since I got the vehicle something was going wrong and I would return the car upon which Viraj said oh please we want you to enjoy the Vehicle and then Paul Rang me to say bring the car in, after over a week I went to pick the car up and the noise has got worse and they keep fogging me off. Never again will I buy a car again from Vertu Leicester. Because they sold me a faulty car. I will take this further as I emailed Paul a few days ago and he’s not got back to me
