Wow wow wow, just where do I start with the fabulous Linda, we were totally new to the motability scheme but after talking to Linda, their motability lead, we never felt more at ease. Linda was warm and approachable and the extra detail she went to when talking to my son was outstanding. We knew we made the right decision.
Upon collecting the car, she again Linda went above and beyond spending lots of time talking us through how the car worked with all the little extras. It honestly felt like I was talking to a family member and not dealership.
In actual fact anyone at Skoda was informative and willing to help. Totally transformed my opinion on dealerships.

I booked my Skoda in for a service along with a few extras including wash & Vacuum. At the desk I was told it had all been done including the wash. On arriving home the wash and vacuum had not been carried out. Very frustrating, makes me wonder what other things were missed. I will not be going back again. I did phone in to complain and also explain why I would be taking my business elsewhere.

Dave the salesman was a delight to deal with , very knowledgeable on the vehicle I purchased, arranged a test drive round leicester and for a good few miles to make sure I liked the vehicle which I did , very friendly man and very easy to talk to and deal with , couldn't of asked for a better salesman, well done dave you looked after me from start to finish 10/10 😀

Buying a new car is a challenge.
Buying a new car is a challenge at best of times, the choice the anticipation the getting it all correct in a reasonable time scale all adds up to being more than pleased with your final choice, the joy is immense.

Overall fantastic experience. The staff are very helpful, explained everything to me clearly, and answered all my questions. The whole part exchange process was seamless, and a shout out to Kian for all of his help, and going above and beyond to make sure that the car was absolutely immaculate and ready to pick up on time.

The staff was very cheerful and polite, we had Linda Lord helping us with the process she made it very simple and explained/shown everything needed. She was kind enough to move my car to an easier spot for me to exit which really helped with my nerves for my first drive alone.
