Josh also gave us a very thorough handover explaining all the unfamiliar features of our new car. Thank you for the coffees and biscuits too.

Mixed bag but Aaron is a great sales associate
Have always used vertu as I trust the reputation. I have not ever been disappointed. My experience with vertu Nottingham has however been mixed and a long road to get the car I need and to the standard I expect from the group, I would advise particular caution when buying a used car particularly for distance sales. However, one individual got it all sorted. Aaron is absolutely amazing. Such a kind and considerate sales associate, listens, understands and advised to the best of his ability. Cannot fault Aaron's customer service at all - I know who I will be buying my next car from!

Excellent service from start to finish. No pressure ans friendly staff. I am not one for "enjoying" car purchases but this was easy, clear and really positive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.

Buying my new vehicle, Audi Q5 2.0L S line Quattro
Rehan was Very welcoming and knowledgeable of the vehicle which I was buying. Then I had a test drive which was good to get feel of the vehicle which I then purchased. They then delivered it to me at my home address, which was perfect. A bit of a hiccup, but we sorted it all in the end. Thanks to Rehan Rafiq

Fantastic experience
Well have to say, how very professional Vertu have been from start to finish. Excellent service from sales team, especially Wesley, very accomodating and after purchase and drive home, two further calls to check on satisfaction. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Would definately buy there again.

Good service is a Vertue and they have it !
From the start when I made my first enquiry the Vertu team were very helpful. Within a short time Dan had sent me a video of the car I was interested in. I then went to see it at their showrooms in Nottingham and from the start James (the manager) Chris (business manager) and Taylor the salesman who looked after me were excellent, no pressure, no spin just good old fashion service. Well done!

For a recently opened Skoda dealership.
The Staff are welcoming and professional. Went to extreme trouble to get hold of an automatic version of a 1.5 Kamieq for me too try.
But I found it a little small and ended up with a Karoq
In all very good experience.

The communication was perfect. They kept us in the loop all the way. Made sure all paperwork was shown and explained and spent time with me showing me all the feautres of my new car helped me set up my phone to the car and explained everything perfectly. Highly recommend. Thank you skoda !!!
