A very good buying experience
Having looked around a number of garages looking for a car I must admit I wasn’t looking forward to travelling 20 miles on a red hot summer day to look at more cars but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Vauxhall Sunderland. The garage itself is modern and light and well laid out. We were greeted by Mark one of the sales team who was polite and asked us how he could help. We explained we had come to look at a couple of cars. Mark unlocked them for us and showed us around them. He then left us to look around them for ourselves. He then arranged a test drive in them
To cut this short. At no time did Mark put us under any pressure to buy. He explained things to us in a way we understood and checked we did understand the details of the car purchase. He answered our questions. Allowed us time to think about the purchase and understood that this is a decision that requires some thought. He was patient with us and we didn’t feel under pressure.
We did purchase a car from them Mark checked with us to make sure we were happy, which we are.
I was more than happy with the service from the garage

My brother and dad have delt with Mark…
My brother and dad have delt with Mark Allen for several years, I did not hesitate because of their recommendations. Mark explained what extras were available through Vertu, took me for a test drive and was very happy with the experience. As with my dad and brother I will definitely return to Mark when I need to change my car.

We visited the Sunderland branch to buy a new car. Our Salesman was Mark Allen from the start he made us relaxed and comfortable, he took us on a test drive and explained how the car worked etc. and we found the whole experience of buying our car an enjoyable experience.
