A positive experience from beginning to…
A positive experience at Harrogate Vertu…from beginning to end. Bilal was polite, personable and positive. He explained the intricacies of the vehicle carefully and took me for a Test Drive. Peter printed the paperwork, which was important to me for old fashioned record keeping.
The extremely competitive price caught my eye and the vehicle was just what I wanted.

Outstanding customer service
We were welcomed so warmly and given so much time when looking for our new car. The salesperson was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She spent a lot of time on both purchase day and hand over day making sure we had all the information we needed. The car is outstanding and so was the customer service 5* , I would highly recommend.

Really happy with the service received by Vertu Volkswagen Harrogate when purchasing my new Audi Q3 recently. Euan, who showed us the car we'd seen online and took us for a test drive, was nothing but helpful & friendly and Louis, who helped with the finance arrangements, was fantastic also. I had my Polo serviced yesterday. I was looked after very well by Hannah - she kept me informed and talked me very clearly through what had been done.
I also particularly appreciate the video visual check I get partway through the appointment.

What an exciting start to my Bank Holiday weekend! Trading my "old" Golf for a brand new one, my first ever brand new car. Very friendly dealership. I bought a used vw Tiguan from Harrogate Vertu motors, was having problems with one of the disc brakes sticking on, so booked it in to be looked at, Hannah from service reception kept me informed with updates all that they needed to do. Hannah was truly professional.
