Excellent customer service buying a new Disco Sport
Excellent customer service through the buying process. And the handover was quite a spectacle! I recommend bringing family to the handover, it was a fun event. The staff I dealt with were excellent, esp John who handled my purchase. Very highly recommended.

I like to say a big thank you to Kieron Flack who spent a lot off time looking for the vehicle I want. I eventually got the Range Rover sport SVR with all the spec I wanted after 4 months of waiting. Kieron was patient with me and numerous phone calls.

I recently collected my new V60. The whole process was straightforward, from my initial enquiry to the point of collection. Communications during that period, almost always by personal phone calls, were excellent, keeping me informed of progress. My "personal" contact was Guy, who was always pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful-top bloke! Also a mention for Holly, who stood in for him when necessary. I wish other businesses were as easy to deal with.

I booked a wait for your car appointment at Yeovil Volvo which they told me would take about 20mins. 1 hour later I found my car had not been looked at.
