Fraud! Never buy anything from this website. Poor quality, never refunded for return. I will get to the bottom of this case.

Total Fraud!!
Ordered shoes, nothing like in the pictures, it came from China, The quality is just horrendous.
Return them, never received the money back, at some point they did answer emails, then they stopped all together.
I did took some legal actions, and I do plan to visit them, I don't really care about the money , but making an idiot out of me, I certainly do.
Avoid them at any cost

I also had a very bad experience with vestaclo.com / vestaminimal.com. The website is complete froud!

Nothing written on the website is true. First, delivery 7-12 days - I waited for my order for more than a month.

The website is all fake, written that orders come from Italy and Italian VAT Number. My  order was shipped directly from China.

After I finally received the order, I was shocked when I opened it. The shoes were such low quality. Smelling bed. No brand on the box or shoes. They weren't Genuine Leather, which was specifically written in the product description. They don't have any official product marks that are mandatory from the EU regulation. They didn't correspond on the official size chart on their website.Much smaller. Everything is complete froud.

After I wrote them an email that I request to return the order. They share some hidden point that products which are discounted or on sale are not eligible for refund. This is a complete scam, all products on the internet are basically discounted. After I wrote to them that I want their final official statement that they refuse to return the money, they just stopped responding again.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with vestaclo.com / vestaminimal.com, and I feel compelled to share it.

I ordered clothes from their website in June 2023 and was deeply disappointed with the poor quality of the items I received.

I followed their return procedure and my return request which the store accepted. I made multiple attempts to return the items, and after a long and frustrating process, they were eventually received by Vestaclo in September 2023.

However, despite their promises and assurances, I have not received a refund for my purchase. My numerous attempts to communicate with them have been met with silence. This lack of response and failure to honor their refund commitment is deeply concerning.

I have contacted consumer protection authorities in the Netherlands for assistance in resolving this issue. Fortunately, I could refund this credit card transaction through my bank.

I hope that by sharing my experience, others can be cautious when dealing with Vestaclo and avoid similar disappointments.

This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with Vestaclo's customer service and integrity. Buyer beware and always pay your online purchase with a credit card!

Ho ordinato un paio di stivali che non sono per niente come nella foto. Nemmeno il materiale è davvero pelle ma plastica. Ho chiesto di restituirli e di essere rimborsata ma non accettano il mio reso perché L articolo è in saldo.
Prima ti regalano un codice sconto e poi non ti rimborsano perché hai usato lo sconto. Assurdo. Non acquistate da questo sito. Truffa
