Cyrus is an amazing realtor! I was completely new to the home buying process and he was very patient and helpful at explaining every step. He was extremely responsive if I had questions or wanted to tour a property and he was not at all pushy or high sales like some other realtors can be. With his help, I was able to get the house I wanted, with the exact terms I was looking for. He negotiated terms with the seller's agent effectively and gave me updates asap. It was also so helpful that he was a wealth of knowledge about the VA Home loan and what the appraisers look for. It was a great experience working with him for the process and I highly recommend him to others looking to buy a home.

Cyrus and his team arrived to help us with very short notice, he provided knowledge and timely guidance, helped us to review documents for discrepancies, and had our backs when dealing with overly demanding builders/lenders.

Cyrus assisted me with a divorce home sale. He was excellent at communicating and solving issues especially with me not living in the state. As a military member PCSing from overseas back to the states and looking to buy a home, Cyrus was the perfect realtor! He was able to accommodate the drastic time difference and work with my PCS/TDY-enroute schedule and still be able to roll into a home right when I got there. He was knowledgeable on timing the market, the surrounding area, he personally recorded walk throughs, and accommodated last minute changes in what we were looking for. Throughout the closing process we hit several road bumps (with the VA and lender, none his fault) and he was able to navigate them all successfully and professionally! I hired Cyrus to help sell my house as my family planned to move across the country with our baby, 6 year old, two pets, and more houseplants than you would expect. We had everything packed up and ready to go, until our POD was delayed and pushed our timeline all out of whack. We ended up canceling our second POD and having to get rid of a TON of stuff right before we left with almost no notice. We would have been completely screwed if it wasn't for Cyrus and Jayme who helped us get the house cleaned out and ready to sell. Cyrus was also answering my questions with helpful advice every step of the way as I prepared for our move, giving me guidance on what to repair, replace, or improve before we left.

Well, where should I start. I am very picky and met various real eastate agents and had interviews with each and I really liked having a first chat with him. He thoroughly discussed what I need for my new house and how he is going to work with me to get the new house. He is very good at communicating and amazed with his commitment to his buyers. He always worked with my schedule and when I wanted to tour the house, he always worked with my schedule. Ahead of house tours, he did market research and advised us what would be expected and set a game plan. He is very knowledgeable on managing house, so he explained what to be expected on each house tour and if I purchase this or that, what would be the risks and that was also very helpful. Yes, we lost some biddings, but considering the crazy housing market when we tried to buy a house, this is nothing we could really control. But Cyrus was always there, and made this thing happened a lot easier than we expected. Now we are enjoying living in a new place and it was great decision to work with him. Highly recommend!
