Just a terrible product backed up with terrible customer service, then expecting me to cover the cost to return something that doesn’t work.

I would not do business with Vettaflo again. My experience was very disappointing. I ordered the Vettaflo Pen, they sent a different item than what was advertised. When I contacted them about the item I had ordered, they said it was out of stock and made no effort to provide me with the product I actually purchased. They informed me I was responsible shipping and had to pay for return shipping on an item I did not order. Email correspondence took a week, adding to the frustration.

The FloPen looks promising but fails at the one thing it’s supposed to do.
The recording quality is extremely poor, with audio often inaudible on playback. As a result, the transcription is unreliable and not usable. I regularly use recording tools for work, so this is not a minor issue, it makes the product unworkable.
Delivery was also slow, and the item appears to have been shipped from China, which was not clear at the point of purchase.
I have requested a return and refund but have had no response so far, now approaching a week.
Not fit for purpose and would not recommend.

I would give zero stars if that were an option.

I placed an order with Vettaflo on January 19 and paid $139. I never received the item. The tracking information provided has never worked—it simply says “no tracking information.”

What’s worse is the complete lack of customer service. I have reached out seven separate times asking for either an update or a refund. I have received no response whatsoever.

At this point, this feels less like a delay and more like a company that takes payment and disappears. You can’t use a product you never receive, and you certainly can’t get help from a company that refuses to respond.

If you’re considering ordering from this company—don’t. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

I recently purchased a product from this company, but inadvertently received two instead of one. Although I attempted to cancel the additional order, I did not receive assistance from the support team through their website or email. The lack of effective customer service was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I rated them one star, though ideally I would have given a lower rating if possible. Stay clear away from this bad-to-poor service company.

Bought the vettaflo FloPen. The website showed a sleak pen, squareish, angular very stylish. The reality was something that would not look out of place on a corner gift stand. The sound quality was aweful, like the quality from a 80's cassette tape. You need you phone for it to work, thats not mentioned on the site. Contacted the support email for a refund, but no luck, not response, just nothing. A typical scam set up, large price, larger promises, and cheap and nasty items sent. Should have known better.
