Not fair or reasonable when it was THEIR FAULT!

Here is all that I have been dealing with in a capsule and then my correspondence with them:

I bought it on 7/19 in good faith.
I bought as new SIM and waited 2 days.

The time spent was WELL over 2 hours right off the bat - One hour to set it up before I could even test.

I get a message right away and I lose signal and have to reboot, that it can't be used with a different carrier - other than Verizon. COULD NOT ATTAC

NOT HAPPY. Don't you at least test it with a good SIM?

THEN One hour and and 12 minutes on the phone with 4 different people from Verizon that I should have not had to spend time on And the more time with Tracfone; ANOTHER 23 min with Geraldino at TracFone because Verizon said to call them.

It will be 3 Hours total PLUS a lot of grief and stress is too much...it is 37 minutes to Ashevlle and another 37 min. back plus waiting time there! PLUG $8.65 gas at 17 MPG SEE ATTACHED PLUS $2.10 and 2 days for a sim card = $10.71 PLUS I make over $50 an hour!

What are you going to do to make me a happy Amazon customer?

I did as you said and I CAN make calls but I still get that message from Verizon a full day later.

You failed to answer my question concerning getting another phone from you (instead of a competitor or eBay) AND getting a discount!

We are unable to offer any additional discounts, as for another device you do have an option of opening the return for a replacement but the original item must be in transit first before the replacement can ship. You can also place a new order if you wish and once received you can return the original as well.

That is unacceptable because I am out real money for a SIM and gas and a LOT of time. I even spent ANOTHER 23 min with Geraldino at TracFone because Verizon said to call them too!
ALL YOUR FAULT!
I will call and write to Vexwire then and then the BBB if they don't help because this is NOT Better Business!

Since the device is having these issues we would need our technicians to physically inspect the device. You can open the return and will be provided a return label if one is not auto generated we will gladly provide you one.

Hello,
Before packing up the device for return, please make sure that your Apple/Google accounts are no longer connected to the device and remove them if they are. Please return all the accessories received with the device. Please package the device safely and use the prepaid return label provided. Drop the package off at your nearest Post Office.
