Great experience
Great experience. Very efficient. Used for learner driver insurance and temporary insurance. Competitively priced, easy to access and convenient to switch on and off according to need. (Particularly good with children at university who only come home at holidays)

Auto-renewal without notice, unhelpful customer service, high prices.
Been a consistent customer with Veygo since I got my drivers license (nearly 4 years now).
Booked a one month telematics subscription to end on the 14th of September, and then a regular 5 days of short-term insurance from the 14th to the 19th.
Without any warning of auto-renewal, email, text, anything, was charged a full amount for another months of insurance and didn't realise until days later.
When contacted through their customer support (with their initial response going to spam), they said they couldn't do anything and the only thing I could do was cancel. Sent them another email saying I got another short-term policy in place, but that email was never replied to. Cancelled and out of the £124 for the month I was refunded barely half of that.
Very bad experience after many years of good, although their prices have been very steadily creeping up, despite my license age going up too ..

Quick and easy to set up temporary car insurance
Quick and easy to set up insurance on a short notice. Transparent pricing, and you can flexibly adjust the cover period by as little as 1 hour. Price seemed reasonable, but not sure how it compares to other providers as I didn't check any.
