Absolutely terrible, do not buy! quality is shocking, sizes are not correct. The website states 5 business days it took 3 weeks to arrive. They were squashed due to coming in a bag rather than a box. I have just request a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if I don't hear back I will be filing a fraud act to my bank.

If I could give no stars I would. Bought a pair of shoes for my mother and the sizing and fit was wrong. When we emailed to get a return label they refused to refund and offered 50% of next purchase ...which i don't want as the quality is terrible. I have been going back and forth with email and despite it saying on their website that a refund would be given they are now saying their terms and conditions have been updated since we purchased 😒. Total scam am not letting it go with them. Its absolutely ridiculous

They are a poor quality, I waited over 3 weeks for them!
Do not be tempted by this low price, not worth it! No invoice is with these shoes or return information.

They not trustworthy. It took more than 3 weeks to arrive. The size was too small for my feet and they refused to exchange to bigger size or give refund.

Just another scam. Be aware of this. Ordered something and initially the parcel was sent by post office and after several days information said ups. Wasn't able to trac the parcel

I ordered a dress which took weeks to come despite paying for track & trace shipping, they also took ages giving me the tracking information. Dress not as described at all so emailed to return it the day it arrived and they totally blanked me. I have raised a dispute with my bank to get the money back but don't waste yours avoid at all costs!

Below is an account of a very negative experience I had with purchasing products from the online company VEYLA London.

I bought a pair of shoes size 43 online with VEYLA. When they arrived, it appeared that they were an abnormally small size 43, c 1.5 cm shorter than a standard 43. Also, the shape was not a good fit.

Because of this double misfit I wanted to return the shoes and get a refund.

VEYLA replied that they would not allow me a refund but instead wanted to send me a pair of size 44, i.e., one size up, if I paid 50% of its price.

I initially rejected this offer since the shoes were a bad fit anyway.

VEYLA then repeated that a “free return” was not possible, but that they would send me a refund coupon worth 50% of the price of the misfit shoes. However, it latr turned out that the coupon could only be used for the next VEYLA product I bought with them, for example a size 44 pair of shoes.

In conclusion, VEYLA was rejecting both a refund on a poor product and a free swap to a one-size-up solution. So, I am left with a pair of low-quality misfit shoes and $74 short. Due to their deceitful return policy, I strongly advice against dealing with VEYLA London. I have given them one star, this just for sending the product in the first place.

My 82 year old mum asked me to order her some "comfortable" trainers size 7 from this store "based in London":

Nearly 2 weeks later, Royal Mail Tracking showed the package arriving at Heathrow! So my guess is they were flown in from China... NOT LONDON!

Size 7 was actually more like a size 5. The packaging was a rubbish see through zipped bag like you get with Shein! Not in a shoe box like I expected.

And they were made from a stiff, cheap material that were as far from comfortable as you can get.

Absolute rubbish! These trainers are total rubbish! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Whatever the discount... Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

The sizing of the dress I ordered was completely different to those quoted on the website, making the dress unwearable. Despite the issue being their fault, the company insist I have to pay for the cost of the return to China - at least £12!! The reviews for items are fake as they don’t link to any actual reviews. I fear this is a scam company. Don’t risk sorting your money here!

I think this store used to be called vallera-london. Gave itself false reviews.
