Gorgeous comfortable sofa
Sofa is amazing! It is soft, it is made well, it is exactly what I wanted. I'm in love with it. Company needs to work on their communication though.

Worst business to deal with
Don’t answer emails, slow to respond and only in IG. Freighting takes weeks. This is the WORST business I’ve ever dealt with.

Paid $600 for delivery and still had to wait 3 months. Constant lies that order was already shipped, u til they eventually admitted it hadn’t left the warehouse. Very frustrating to communicate with and zero apology or offer of compensation.

Hey Jo, can you please let me know what your invoice number is so I can look into this? If you paid $600 for delivery in assuming you live in WA. This is actually about half what we pay to actually ship it that far. Pre orders take 8-12 weeks, delivering to WA can take 10-15 business days due to the distance from QLD.
However we want to get items out as soon as possible so our customers can enjoy them. Drop me your info and I'll look into it ASAP.
Great experience
Had a great personalised service from contacting them through one of their Facebook posts. The transaction was easy, friendly, helpful staff member and the lounge is fantastic!

Terrible customer experience - do not shop here
Terrible customer experience. This company were difficult to get in touch with - and constantly lied about my order. I received 4 different shipping confirmations (blaming the shipping company, over ordered in sale, and the fact that I don’t live in metro QLD on delays rather than acknowledge their poor management and organisation) I had to reach out constantly to chase updates and still haven’t received my order, with Vibe offering no more support. I have passed this on for further investigation and compensation.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
I bought my Barbie Pink Cloud Chaise online during the eofy sale and couldn't be happier with my purchase! It looks exactly as per pictures on the website, the colour is stunning and chaise is extremely comfortable. I couldnt contact Vibesofas by phone but every text i sent was answered straight away and the service was excellent

Nice couch but frustrating to communicate with
Couch is beautifully made but company is very frustrating to try and communicate with. Not enough info provided online or with delivery on how to assemble. Delivery came on a different day to what was communicated and had to followup many times for a piece that was missing. Good at couch making, but needs focus in customer service.

Great customer service and quality product
We recently purchased 2 sofas from Paul at Vibe and had a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and easy, with great customer service and communication along the way. Delivery was seamless and we’re really happy with the quality of the sofas. Would definitely recommend Paul at Vibe!
