EPC survey
The gentleman who came to survey the house was very professional and arrived on time. He phoned in the morning to give a 15min time window, which helped me plan my day.
Offered me some good advice too going forward to save money on energy bills.

A smooth experience
An appointment was quick & easy to set up & available in the immediate future. I was told in advance what would happen & what paperwork might be needed. The rep was punctual, polite, efficientt, clean & tidy. The whole process went very smoothly. My only grouch is the number of automatic messages I received - far too many! Deduct half a star for this
