Vibrant Vegan  Avis 

I was pleasantly surprised how much flavour was inside these delicious meals. Furthermore, each meal is packed with protein and well labelled to ensure you can cater to your dietary requirements.

I was a huge fan and regular customer over many months. Nice meals, albeit a tad expensive. However, I experienced very poor service where vibrant vegan were responsible for a wrong delivery and a data breach. The response was really not acceptable and the eventual offer of one free meal (having ordered hundreds) can’t be viewed as a genuine commitment to service. A shame, the meals are nice, but I’ve subsequently taken my custom elsewhere.

Ordering was easy, items arrived really well packed. Have eaten two of the meals already, easy to heat up and tasty.

Customer service team are great and responsive

The produce was delivered as advised, Web site was easy to use.

I was very excited for my vibrant vegan delivery despite it being a little pricier than other (non vegan) boxes. It all arrived on time, nicely packaged, nice branding and info sheets inside- all of that was perfect. But having had 4/5 of my boxes I am quite disappointed. They are nice looking but I feel every meal has lacked a certain zest/zing/spice. I found myself rummaging through the cupboards to find something to add to the meal to make it more interesting. I don’t know if this is because they are frozen and if so it would be helpful to be sent a box of condiments or list of suggestions (e.g. squeeze of lemon/splash of soy). Also feeling slightly frustrated that the trays they come in are not recycleable- though I don’t know if that can ever be remedied.

We placed the order as we wanted a vegan selection of meals over the Christmas period. We chose Vibrant Vegan because they said they could deliver by 23rd December. Unfortunately we did not get our order until 28th December, missing the big day.

The food itself is very average. Lots of spice, not a lot of flavour.

I have been blown away by the quality and taste of the Vibrant Vegan meals. I love cooking from fresh and really dislike using ready meals but sometimes busy schedules means there isn't much choice. To have discovered a ready meal that is full of taste, texture and actually tastes like it has been prepared fresh has been life changing. Vibrant Vegan are by far the best ready made meals I have ever had. And incredibly well priced. Every vegans freezer should contain a Vibrant Meal for those days when you need speed and convenience are of the essence.

Easy to order, food arrives when scheduled and the meals are tasty

I have ordered from Vibrant Vegan many times and really love their food. The flavours are fantastic and all the dishes are really tasty. They have been a godsend since COVID hit as I can't eat out anymore but I am still enjoying discovering new meals thanks to their menu.
I especially like:
The persian hotbox
The katsu curry
The mumbai thali
The butternut mac

I have tried allplants (which I also like) and planty but feel like vibrant vegan is the best because 1: They don't force you to sign up for a subscription every time you order which you then have to cancel (that's allplants) 2: Vibrant vegan has seitan dishes, I love seitan and the protein boost it gives 3: The portions seem bigger, I often have to add stuff to allplants meals as sides to fill me up but vibrant vegan are filling stand alone 4: Planty meals had some overpowering unpleasant flavours and chewy bits of green that made some meals unenjoyable, I have had no issues like that with vibrant vegan.

My order got lost in the post (a postman was obviously very hungry) and the team sorted this out for me really quickly and sent me a new box out that arrived the next day. Food has been great so far too, even enjoyed by my omnivore boyfriend.

Food and delivery is good! Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I didn’t receive a return slip in my box to drop it off at a Collect store for recycling. I emailed to ask for one to be sent to me, to which I didn’t receive a response, so was forced to throw the box and packaging away with regular trash which was a shame.

Delicious and generous food delivered in recyclable packaging. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried so far. Delicious, quick (ish) and so easy when you haven’t had time to prepare a meal from scratch.

The cooking times were a bit off and lacked seasoning but apart from that was really nice with a bit of salt chucked in! Some of them were very very tasty

I've been using Vibrant Vegan on and off for the past 9 months or so and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - The food is outstanding quality, very tasty and nutritious and above all else for every meal I buy they pay for a child in war torn countries to have a meal. Sustainable packaging is also a bonus although getting rid of the insulated bags is somewhat of a chore so please do bear that in mind.

I enjoyed the concise level of information I received from order to delivery. I knew exactly when to exect my food package and it was on time and well packaged.
