These people will rip you off. They said they are coming in for a free quote and when they got onto the roof they threw some rat poisoning into the ceiling and charged me $847. Never asked if I'm ok with the price and I was helpless at the end of the whole situation so I eventually paid it. Don't get caught, don't get any services from these guys

This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Aron initially presented himself as friendly and capable, but the service quickly fell short.
He increased the charge due to a rodent issue, yet the only action taken was leaving a basic trap something readily available at Bunnings. He stated the service would include three visits and sealing the entry point, neither of which were completed.
Communication was unreliable. On multiple occasions, he claimed to be “10 minutes away” but failed to show, and follow-through was inconsistent at best.
I cannot recommend this business based on the lack of service delivery, poor communication, and unmet commitments.

Our experience is very similar to the other reviewer. We contacted Vicpest to get rid of a possum in the roof; they came, looked in the roof and left traps. A brushtail was caught and, after a number of phone calls, removed.
Two of the traps they used were mine which they took away and have not brought back.
The possum problem remains; the promise of removing it and blocking the entrances has not been fulfilled.
I have rung numerous times and left messages but no response.
So I have paid $517 and the problem is exactly as it was before contacting them.
Amad who came to us was very pleasant, helpful and seemed to know what he was doing. But it has all fallen apart. I hate to say it, but this appears to be yet another business that will take your money and run.

We contacted Melbourne Possum Removals after finding the business on Google. The website looks professional and mentions many customer compliments, but we couldn’t find a way to actually view or leave reviews, which is why we are sharing our experience here.

We had possums in our roof and Aron attended and placed a possum trap. While there he suggested we also had a rat problem and offered to treat it. We paid an additional $400, however the only thing left was a single rat trap.

A few days later a possum was caught we called immediately as we had been told someone would return quickly if a possum was trapped. (Within the hour) Despite multiple calls it took several hours for anyone to attend, which was concerning given the service advertises humane removal.

We were also told the service included three visits and sealing entry points to prevent possums returning. In our experience this did not occur and we continued hearing possums in the roof. We were told someone would come back, but no one attended.

Unfortunately the issue remains unresolved after 19 unanswered calls and 11 messages. VIC PEST CONTROL promises but doesn’t deliver.
