Victorian Bathrooms 4 U Avis 

Had to ring to find out where product was after 2 weeks with no-show. To be fair, after the phone all the product arrived next day.

I did not add my own name (supplied company name only) to the billing details when I placed the order, which meant the product was not despatched and held up my clients job. Once chased all arrived quickly and product good.

Great company to work with and I love all the items I purchased 100% satisfied.

Very good product

Delivered cancelled item and Not Refund!!
They sent me the item they accepted my cancellation.
This was happen while I was away for the Christmas holiday, so my family received instead of me with other boxes.
Me and my family called them twice to make sure that the item has been cancelled before I left home for the holiday.
I tried to contact them, but they don't have an email address ,they only have chat. Their reply said they have also Christmas holiday, and they never reply me. No mail from them in my inbox and spam box.
So I tried to contact them again. They finally replied me and sent me QR code to return and authorization return form.
I returned it on that weekend including this form that they instructed me to do.
I've received the email from DPD that they were delivered 2days later with signed for.
It took almost 1 MONTH since I returned, But still they have not refund me. I have to keep contacting them to let them my money back!
This is all their fault. Why do I have to hassle to make it right?

Update;
I could get refund finally a few days after I posted my experience.
They apologized to me.
It took almost 2 months for me to be released from this stress..

A great bath, best price on the net

I was really happy with this product, expect variation in the tone and way the oak might appear (there is only one image of this product all over the internet so just be aware - the appearance of the oak veneer was a concern of mine but I was pleasantly surprised). Well worth the money and looks great, good quality and a nice statement piece.

I purchased a Roper Rhodes cloakroom unit with basin. On arrival the back panel of the unit was badly split. I took photos and contacted Victorian Bathrooms and was told it was at the back of the unit. I could reinforce it by attaching a piece of wood across the back width! Not the response I would expect when I have paid good money for a unit that wasn’t cheap!
I’m now waiting for a replacement which will not arrive until after Christmas. Not a happy customer
