Great bathroom order
An excellent customer experience from start to finish. Easy ordering, good prices and some good delivery options, which was important to me as I work 9-5 weekdays.
On the day of delivery, the goods arrived when I was told they would, no delays or any need to phone chasing them or sitting in all day wondering where it was!
The goods were very well packed and wrapped on pallets and no damage at all.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service, everyone I spoke to on the live chat service or over the phone was very helpful. Another supplier let us down so needed to find replacements as our plumber was starting work.Delivery was very speedy and everything arrived perfectly.
Would definitely use again and recommend.

Good price, good service.
Ordered toilet, and just before delivery added taps to order which would take me to a spend which came with a discount and free delivery. Friendly bloke sorted it when I rang. Delivery people pleasant, they wanted to deliver it at a time when I wouldn’t be there, but happily left it in garage. Would use again.

Ordered a gold bath waste which was required the following Tuesday for the plumber to fit,having made a request of it on the order.....it WAS delivered on the Tuesday A company that does its best to satisfy the customer,,,,.wel pleased.

Be extremely careful ordering high value items as it will cost %25 of cost of item to send it back!
Be extremely careful when ordering high cost items from this company as if you do so much as open the packaging to look at the item and it is not suitable, you will be charged 25% of the value of the item as a ‘restocking’ charge- effectively to re plastic wrap the item for resale! Extortion!
How are you supposed to know if an item is not suitable without opening the packaging to look at the item!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review although I feel this statement is unfair.
As discussed on the telephone prior to us picking up your bath you had agreed to the 25% restocking and collection charge as the bath was placed in situ in your bathroom and all the protective packaging and boxes were damaged.
Upon receiving your return, the bath has scruff marks and brick dust on the bath which has now stained. We now have to polish the bath and pay for a new bath box and protective packaging which is something we shouldn’t have to do.
On this occasion we charged a 25% restocking fee as we cannot sell this bath as new due to the condition and we will have to sell this as a second.
If the bath had been looked after while in your care by your plumbers, we wouldn’t have charged a restocking charge and it would have just been a collection fee.

Must say that this company has gone above and beyond
Must say that this company has been really great. After an issue with the delivery of my items I was given an apology and offered a free item as way of compensation - bearing in mind it was the delivery company at fault. So pleased with them that I have gone on to buy more from them, as you Cant beat good customer service

Time to respond to order
Ordered toilet roll holder and towel rail on 13th Aug. Victoria Bathrooms responded on the 21st Aug to tell me they were picking them. I am told they will be arriving on 27th Aug. We will see. Lucky I didn't purchase a bathroom suite !!!
