Account application quite smooth. Appreciated. However, unexpectedly fund was rejected and refunded to the nominated account on the grounds that the amount was different. I meant to transfer a small amount to make sure the details were correct. Wish the bank could be more flexible for the first time transfer, especially for those clients who are new to digital banking.
