mein bisher 6 maliger versuch kontakt mit dem Unternehmen aufzunehmen ist bisher erfolglos, Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Für solch Verhalten ist selbst 1 Stern Zuviel.

Vidmore assistant is perfect, every time is has a problem, they can assist me until problem solved. It's a good value.

I've found this product extremely useful and easy to use. I've always liked its minimalist yet functional design. It often saved me from issues when a client claims it has verbalized certain requirements, but that wasn't actually true. I've also been able to record several training courses with this software, allowing me more time to absorb the information offline. The audio and video are so good they simulate a live session. What else could I add? The lifetime license is definitely worth it; given how useful the software actually is. I've also had the opportunity to ask for technical support, and the company has always responded promptly, resolving any questions or issues I had (I haven't had many problems overall). 5 stars, or even 6 if possible.

I purchased Video Convertor quite a while back, because I was interested in one particular feature at the time, the ability to convert 2D videos to 3D. I should add that it performs this task extremely well if given a high quality 2D source).

The purchase allowed the suite of software to be installed on two PCs, which I did.

The software has proven itself to be extremely useful over the last year or so, with its regular updates and new features being added at no extra cost.

In an age where where everything is becoming a subscription, this has been a breath of fresh air.

Due to the recent pressure from Microsoft to get everyone onto Windows 11 (which I absolutely hate), I recently had to update both machines.

One update went fine, and all my software continued to work as normal.

The second PC, unfortunately was not so lucky.

I ended up in a situation where my only recourse was to wipe the computer and install from scratch.

At this stage many programs would not let me re-register, as all of my licenses were used on a now non-existent Windows 10 PC.

I am still trying to get some these issues resolved, with vendors simply not replying to my desperate emails.

Vidmore was not one of those.

Within 24 hours, I had been contacted about my issue, and they had reset my license for the specific PC.

By the next day, Video Convertor was up and running on both machines again.

I cannot understate how refreshing it is to experience such good customer support, when such a notion seems to have been lost in today’s world.

That, plus the quality of their software, attractive pricing, and ongoing free feature enhancements, makes this particular suite of tools a must, for anyone wanting to do just about anything with video files.

Excellent product (image upscaler) with top quality output! Works really great, and the one time I ran into trouble I received immediate and super friendly support.

This app is robust and easy to use. And the developers are very actively to respond to me and fine tune the app. I really like it!

The support team was unfailingly helpful and worked with me to solve issues. They respect the customer and go the extra mile to solve issues. This gives me a high opinion of Vidmore and a desire to look at their products now and in the future. I initially purchased the Vidmore Player, but in the course of great support from Vidmore to resolve some purchase issues, I also purchased the Vidmore Screen Recorder.

I didn’t receive the download link. They eventually sent it to me, but it didn’t work. I requested a refund three times with no success. Now, they’re no longer responding to my messages. I’m going to file a claim with PayPal.

I suggest you purchase Record It instead, for the modest price of $7.00. Plus, you might not even need to pay for the app since many features are free.

I just now downloaded the Vidmore Video Editor program from the Giveaway of the day page, but it was inpossible to register, because Vidmore system has detected that I have already requested a registration code via my IP address to this softwere - but I didn't yet do that.
They send me immediately this registration key.
