Worst cx service
I had been a loyal customer of Viia for a some time and had placed many orders without any issues. Because of those positive experiences, I trusted the company and expected them to stand behind their customers if a problem ever occurred.
My latest order was marked as delivered by USPS to a parcel locker, but I never received it. Viia initially responded and asked me to wait a few days in case USPS had scanned the package prematurely. I followed their instructions and waited. After the package still did not arrive, I contacted them again and requested the next steps under the Shipping Protection that I had purchased with my order.
Instead of honoring the Shipping Protection or filing a USPS claim as the sender, Viia stopped responding to my emails entirely. I never received a replacement, a refund, or any meaningful assistance.
I would also like to provide photo evidence and our email correspondence, but I don’t see an option to attach them here.
