I ordered on January 11 2021 and I still didn’t receive nothing I asked for a refund and they are refusing to refund me backing stating that they mailed it out but I still don’t see or have a tracking number they are a fake company don’t buy from them

This company is a joke.

Iv sent them 10 different emails of how i want a refund. i spent $20 on leggings that are COMPLETELY SEE THROUGH, wrong size and they refuse to give me a refund even tho it says in under 30 days and proof of purchase i can get a full refund. this ridiculous. this company is a f****** joke.

I ordered January 9th and still haven't…

I ordered January 9th and still haven't received them. I've emailed twice and luckily got a reply both times. My last email said they should be here in 7-10 days and if not they would make it right. That was 5 days ago so we will see!! But definitely don't recommend this company. It's not worth the headache 🙄.

been a month and a half

been a month and a half and i still havent gotten my leggings! ordered them 12/26/20 and it is 2/4/21 and they are still in china!!! awful

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Learned my lesson! Second time I order from a company in China and products take over a month to arrive! Always always always read the reviews before placing orders from places like this. I’ve emailed them that the tracking number shows nothing! I get their generic response that they send to all as you read the other comments. And nothing has been shipped! They are quick to take your money but drag their feet to send you your products! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

ordered my leggings 1/7/21 and it is currently 02/03/21 and i still have not received them. order your leggings else where. i wish i would’ve bought them from a different website. an extra $5 is definitely worth not waiting over a month for delivery.

I wish I could give this joke of a ‘company’ 0 stars. What a waste of time & money only to be told the same nonsense of ‘please be patient & assure your package is on the way’ I’ve been waiting for a month now only to have the tracking tell me my leggings are somewhere still in china. Who really knows.. please take the advice I bypassed and just go else where, spend the extra money and have the leave of mind knowing it will either be in store or only a few days to receive your item. I’ve been messaging customer service for days now and all was fine until I asked for a refund and their exact response was “we absolutely can not offer a refund because it’s already in route” after someone offered to refund me! How can a company not refund you at your request per the circumstances they’re aware of ?! It’s red flags everywhere. We work hard for our money , even if it’s only $14 we deserve to get what we purchase and not excuses. I’ve already disputed the charges, save yourself the hassle and don’t be tempted by the cheap price tag

Garbage

Products are shipped from China which is not disclosed on the website, I’ve contacted customer service and asked to cancel since it’s been a month and the package just says processing. The only response I get is we apologize for the delay we’re doing our best don’t worry it’s on the way.....which is clearly not true when the tracking just says processing, and they won’t cancel the order or give me a refund. I understand shipments are slow right now but this is ridiculous.

Not worth it, trust me

I have received a package after a month of emails asking where it is and it finally arrives this morning, comfy yes but completely see thru. even bending my knees does the trick. poor quality, does not do what it says and is incredibly unflattering to the body and yes it is a cheep price but honestly not worth the wait, hassle and the crappy product. Don't buy its really not worth anyone's time. And if you already have good luck

No Scam Alert

My apologies on the below response. Shortly after, my daughter received her goods and is satisfied!❤️ With Covid and the holidays, shipping times were longer than normal. I’m am a logistics professional and I should have known better but the mom in me was advocating for my child.

This company is not U.S based as it…

This company is not U.S based as it claimed to be on its website it is a Chinese clothing company based in Shanghai. I ordered weeks ago and my package has not moved from their sorting facility but is marked as “in transit”. I found this company through a snap chat advertisement and am highly disappointed.
