Chris is fantastic, a truly professional and genuine guy. I'm on my second week for weightloss, I lost 5lb in my first week and 1lb in my second but I've lost 6 1/2 inches in my second week which had made all the difference. Highly recommend this for anyone, will put an update on again in a few weeks but it does work I feel so positive about losing weight, I am eating better and drinking more water than I have done in such a long time.

First off, let me say I was sceptical of going down this road. I suffered with depression for some time and like most people went down the pharmaceutical route first. Not having any success pumping myself full of drugs (shock horror) I decided to give hypnotherapy a go. Chris is so easy to talk to and somehow gives off this kind of calming aura which is an experience in itself. To be able to change ones thought process is quite special and I would say it was a spiritual experience.

I approached Chris before my last professional kickboxing k1 fight. It was a huge fight on the Victory Show. After my session with Chris my whole perception of everything changed and I walked into the ring feeling invincible. I won the fight after 90 seconds.
