My Go-To Brand for Quality Supplements
I’ve been using Vilgain products for a while now, and the quality has always been excellent. I really like their focus on simple, high-quality ingredients without unnecessary additives. Good product disappointing customer service
I was really disappointed with my order.
When my protein shakes arrived, I could immediately see liquid inside the packaging before I had even fully opened it. Because of this, I took photos throughout the unwrapping process to document the damage. Two of the cartons had split open, and the leaked contents had soaked the packaging and damaged several of the other cartons.
I emailed customer support three times, attaching the photos and explaining what had happened, but I never received any response. The lack of customer service has been just as disappointing as receiving damaged goods.
It’s frustrating to pay for products that arrive damaged and then be completely ignored when trying to resolve the issue. I expected much better.
