You scammed me Vinaen I will sue your company of fake reborn dolls

This company sent another doll many different to offer on website, bad quality, don't waste your money, they not answer my messages about a refund

DO NOT buy from Vinaen!!!!. Ordered a 22 inch real life doll for my grand daughter and received a 12 inch plastic doll. Paid $85 and received a $10 doll at most. After numerous attempts to contact them about return, they offered me $30 to keep and give to a "poor "(their word) child. To return USPS will cost $65. So I'm stuck with a doll I didn't order, don't want and may be out of the initial order cost/shipping!

Do not trust this reborn doll company, they steal other artists pictures and use them without permission, They have taken my Elly Knoops Luca dolls pictures off Ebay without asking and are passing it off as there own work. do not buy from them, my Ebay name is pebebenursery artist Sandra jensen.

Sent wrong item. Their question was, you don't like her? Omg that not the point I didn't get what I wanted to give my grand daughter for her birthday. Waiting on them to resolve this issue. It has been a few day since I heard from this company.

This company is a complete SCAM!! Stay away! You will get a disgusting looking vinyl doll that smells terrible! And you’ll be stuck with it, cause shipping it back is to expensive! I have reported this company and will continue to do so. I also reported their website!

Do not purchase from this website. They are awful. The dolls look nothing like the photo, they are non weighted dolls. Ugly as sin. Scam scam scam! They refuse to give money back and make it a challenge to ship back to them. They are desperate for money.

Took forever for doll to come!!! Then the doll look nothing like on the website. Don't waste your money!!! Big scam!!!

I literally thought this was a scam because the picture was miss leading as the doll does not look like the advertisement. I paid way more than other sites for expedited shipping and it still took 5 weeks so my daughter did not get it in time for Christmas. It is not well made and way over priced. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a silicone baby doll for my daughter to be delivered 8-12 business days and paid extra for it…ended up taking about 6 weeks to arrive and when I opened the package it wasn’t the correct one, they sent me another baby doll from the one displayed on the picture. I have emailed them to return it and get my money back and no one answers me…this is completely unacceptable

My realistic reborn doll came just right, so I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. Vinean is doing just fine.

I agree with all the negative reviews that have been written. We ordered the doll for my daughters birthday. It didn’t arrive on time but that is the least of my complaints. We ordered Wanisa, advertised as a realistic doll. A YouTube video was on the site as well. The doll ordered was suppose to be silicone, with hair. The body is cloth, the doll has maybe vinyl limbs, painted hair. It is very cheap looking. We paid over $100 for a $20 doll. I have been sent directions and address to return the doll but I am responsible for the cost of shipping. I do not know how much that will be yet and if it is expensive as other day, we may be stuck with the doll.

the picture showed my baby girl with a cute belly button one reason i chose that one, when it came it had a cloth body, the return is so complicated and expensive i am keeping her but for a 90.00 doll not worth 40. Also from a middle east country i have never heard of, They have beautiful baby dolls on Amazon for half the price and easy returns!

ZERO STARS! This company is a complete SCAM. We just paid $100 for a reborn doll that is garbage. It is plastic and is the same quality as a $10 doll from Walmart!! We have tried to return it but the company is not replying at all. We will be disputing the charge on our credit card!! I will also write a negative review for this company - every chance I get! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered a doll for my daughter the end of November for Christmas. It is now the middle of January and all they keep telling me is that it's at the shipper, and when they send it I will be notified. I do not recommend them.

So far I have no issues… I am hoping someone will help me! Has anybody ordered from here did it come as pictured?
