Excellent service. I needed to access backups after i installed malicious plugin on my site. They have daily backups as claimed on the website and I tested it after my website broke. They instantly asked if I need a link to download a full cPanel backup or I need to restore the backup. I chose the second option and they restored the backup and my website became functional again. Works as promised. Nothing hidden.

I really recommend. I’m now giving 5 stars and recommending to all my friends, I needed a custom operating system for my VPS. Support team provided it and completely installed it in less than 2 hours.

They helped me with firewall configuration and blocking all the un-needed ports for my minecraft game server. They have a decent protection as well. Never got my players disconnected after using Vingo Host.

This company is very very very good. They have never increased their prices like other companies.

The support is excellent! I contacted them 3 times. I had an issue once where my website has gone down in the mid of night. I pinged up the support team on live chat and they helped. Turned out that the disk usage exceeded the plan that i’m on.

Don't really remember anytime my website went down from attacks despite being constantly attacked, also the support is very friendly. with the ceo him self being handling some support tickets and talking to clients directly, they hire only experts i think.
