Actually worked, but you cant 'click into' or print the report. you do 100% actually get the report tho, so I cant complain for the price. got mine within literally 30s.

Report was good. Didn't receive it immediately and had to email a request. Finally got a response and the info I paid for.

Thanks for leaving a feedback but I am afraid that we couldn't find any user with name "cathy stephens" and there was no recent email request from anyone to resolve any report in our system. Our average report generation time is around 1 min. If report seems delayed we suggest users to look reports in their spam folders or access it directly from download section of their accounts. Our goal it to keep 100% customer satisfaction.

Great deal
Great deal, when we first moved to Dallas I paid the full price to CarFax, now that I discovered Vinhub I've realized we spent too much for no reason. You pay 20% of CarFax price and get the same thing. Great value!

Multiple VIN Checks run! (6+) All good!
I ordered multiple VIN checks on cars I was looking into whilst mine was having potentially-serious problems, then finally ran mine. She was acquired out of desperation, so I never checked -- but it seems she was somewhat well taken care of, so I should be able to get her back up to par pretty easily. As far as VINHUB goes? Great service, great pricings and great/fast problem resolution should a technical issue arise.

Thought this might have been a scam, especially since I ran into a snag in the process. But emails were very quickly replied to and my needs were addressed very well. Can't say enough for how quick the response was.

I got the information I was looking for. The dealer used another generic background vehicle check. With FullCarfax.com's report, I can see the maintenance records as well as the original window sticker. All at a mere fraction Carfax wants for the same thing. Thanks Again!
