WARNING!! DO NOT purchase from these scammers and thieves!! Selling dupes of well known brands made of plastic!! Have reported to Consumer direct, Trading standards etc. Another sh*t Chinese outlet!! Stay well clear!!

This is a scam company. DO NOT BUY. They even know the bank loop holes. My bank Monzo sided with them, awful. I put in another complaint with Monzo so we'll see. Something about offering a refund but they ask you for more money and it rinks of Scam. I reported it to the online fraud team. AGAIN they can't do anything as not enough evidence. WHATEVER you do don't buy anything from them. They clearly know all the loop holes and it's awful the system allows criminals to get away with this and victims out of pocket. Terrible! Red flags were, after multiple emails and shipping delays. When the shoes arrived Birkenstock PO box return, really off, sizing is off and box smashed up!...There website looks convincing with London address but look closer at the photo and hands and you see it's an AI image. Scroll through and they sell all sorts of random things. Initially it is very hard to tell. AVOID!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH IT….Absolute scam. Fake products from China and DO NOT REFUND, just having a laugh stringing you along. Shame on them

Title: Misleading webshop – very bad experience !!!

I ordered a pair of orthopaedic sandals made of leather and suede at La Venecia in Barcelona, online. They were on sale and seemed to be of good quality. What I received, however, were cheap fake sandals made of fabric and plastic, straight from China.

When I contacted La Venecia I only got two options: 15% discount or return shipping to an address in China (which is practically unfeasible and expensive). I eventually accepted the 15% discount, but this clearly feels like a scam.

The webshop presents itself as European and reliable, but in reality sells cheap counterfeit products. I advise everyone not to order here.!!!

Avoid - they’re selling counterfeit items from China, this is not a legit company. They also lie about their location on their site and will charge you £15 if you want to return the item. Don’t make the same mistake as I did and spend your money on fake products, you won’t get a refund and they’ll charge you for return too.

Yep same here, ordered a pair of Arizona Birkenstock shoes, when I got a despatch email it was from China, tried to cancel the order explaining Birkenstock are manufactured in Germany they replied saying that the shoes were coming from the Birkenstock factory located in China! Shoes arrived, utter rubbish clearly snide, emailed for a refund, offered end a 30% reduction which I declined and sent shoes by Royal Mail tracked to a location in France ( cost £15), emailed them once shoes were delivered to enquire about refund, got email back asking for bank account and sort code with disclaimer at bottom saying they can not process the refund in the usual way due to a technical fault with their systems.
Still waiting for the refund ( I’m not holding my breath).

After a few weeks of back and forth emails I have received a full refund.
Fact remains shoes were counterfeit so I would recommend buying elsewhere.

Absolutely avoid.. I just received a chargeback through the bank as I ordered a pair of oiled Birkenstock Boston from the Vinizia website but the item arrived was counterfeit. The company clearly mispresented the item purposefully.. besides, on the Vinizia webpage it is reported the company address being in London but my item was sent from China. I was offered to choose between ship it back, tracked, at my expenses from UK, or receive a 30% refund and keep the item. Anyway, thanks to the bank for this service and hope people will have time to check the safety of this website before buying through it / avoiding it altogether.

Bought my wife some Birkenstock soft footbed sandals
They arrived and as others have said were fake and not soft footbed
We sent the sandals back to the french address given at a cost of £16 and have received numerous emails saying they are working on my refund

I filled a complaint on PayPal and to my discust they have closed my claim in the sellers favour

Selling fake products. Unfortunately, bought what I thought were Birkenstocks before I saw any of these reviews. They were shipped from China despite having a UK address on the website, and now I've been told I have to pay £30 to send them back to China again.

I've disputed the charge with my credit card and will be reporting these to Trading Standars. Avoid!!!

Fake stock long delivery- sizes don’t even nearly match the UK. Asked for size 43 got size 40 with 43 stamp. Fake item and it came from China and not Germany or UK.

Ordered some Birkenstock Gizeh on 31st May before there were any reviews( I checked) Like others I realised they were fake when I saw they were shipped from China. I challenged them immediately.

They are definitely fake I have returned them to the provided address in France it cost £17 tracked.

Still not had a refund after 22 days. They are now saying their refund platform has a problem.

My bank have refunded me and are dealing with the issue now.

I bought Birkenstocks which upon arrival are very clearly fake. Then to get a return you have to email them multiple times to get anywhere, then have to pay a lot to post the item back.

I ordered a pair of beige Yeezy slides on 5 June which arrived today.
Before I opened the box knew there was a problem as it is not the same quality or had same bar code details as my husband and son's pairs ( bought on Ebay via authentication) Box referred to onyx colour and slides are not beige but some butter yellow colour.
The material is different, moulded hard and plastic. I've accepted a 30% refund and put it down to a lesson learned.

This is a scam company who ship fake Birkenstocks. Do not use. Birkenstock head office confirmed the sandals I received from this company to be counterfeit. They were shipped from China and not Germany. They were also the wrong size. I paid with credit card so fortunately my bank has reimbursed me the money pending investigation.

As per other reviews, ordered leather Birkenstocks only to receive birko-flor synthetic leather variants and I am highly dubious of the authenticity of the sandals anyway. The quality seems slightly off (although they are good replicas), and although they state made in Germany, this is very strange considering they were shipped from China. I have seen Birkenstocks popping up on TikTok for a similar price and imagine they are all sourced from the same factory.

Customer service respond promptly, but only to offer a replacement if you pay for return postage (and I am doubtful they actually have the leather variety), or a 30% refund and you keep the item. Now I have some knock off sandals I didn’t order or want and I’m £50 worse off. Avoid - pay full price for birks!

Yet another example of being sent the wrong item - synthetic shoes, not leather ones - and company insisting they can only process a refund if I return them to France (or maybe even china) at my expense. I also suspect the shoes are not genuine. I wish I had read the reviews below. But having done so I might also contact Action Fraud.

I knew it was too good to be true. The price was ridiculously cheap. Shoes took long enough to be delivered (enough time for the money to clear in Vinizia’s bank account). When they arrived they were obviously fake. Made in China, but Anna B (whoever she really is) swears they come from France. When I looked at the website more closely they’re using an address in Forest Gate, London E7 as a Company address. What a scam! I have had to cancel my Bank Card and PayPal as they will sell my card info to some other crook!

I asked for a refund. Convo with Anna took the best part of a week… more stall time…. I threatened to go to the police and then she offered the refund. But hear this.. refund won’t hit my account for 3 weeks. I have reported them to Action Fraud. Meanwhile I’m stuck with these awful looking shoes.

Counterfeit Birkenstock! As per the other reviews, this is a scam. They pretend to sell authentic Birkenstock but they are counterfeit coming from China, you can see it as soon as you receive them. When you try to return them, it is when you realise it is very dodgy, they say the warehouse is in France (also their website mention an address in London). After looking on Google maps, it is not a warehouse but very much looks like someone’s house in the middle of nowhere. To avoid !!

Brought some Birkenstocks thinking they was a good sale price. Then read the reviews! 100% fake Birkenstocks as they get shipped from china. Enquired about a refund and was ensured the company work closely with Birkenstock and get the old stock. But sandals have been delivered and they are defo fakes. Hopefully getting the money back from the bank as I have seen people having trouble with getting there money back.
