Ordered bird feeder, almost a month ago. Got claim number. Email and phone number are bogus 😒. DO NOT ORDER FROM VINRISE. They will take your money and run. Site should be taken down!

Order 2 tool box . Over 3 weeks ago. No tracking number. Called no information no email all fake. Inform my bank and place a claim. Now 2week. Got letter from the bank they said we authorized it and they can't do nothing. Recalled and they wont give me information unless i verified my name. Address and phone number as my DOB card info. Told them i aint giving personal information. And they wont allow customer service unless i do. So irritating and i email nothing .. guess took a lost on the money. Scam

I ordered a rain barrel and never got any tracking or my item. I reported to PayPal and I still had to pay for it. This is 100% a scam. Buyer beware 😔

This is a scam. Email is bogus. They are profiting from people who forgot about the order. I seriously question the address

I ordered motor bike kit over a week ago and didn't receive tracking number or anything but a receipt from another site and Everytime I try to contact them it won't let me so what do I do

I ordered 2 tires a week ago and I still don't have a shipping date for them and worse than that I can't get a hold of any in customer service the email if bogus and I'm really upset cause I needed them tires a week ago don't shop here

Don't buy from them, I was scammed out of 45 dollars I didn't have to spend and never received the order well over a month ago!

Fraudulent company and makes bogus claims. A greenhouse for $59.00 to good to be true please don't order anything from this company it's nothing but a fraud and a thief be careful out there. I will be turning it over to the credit card and I will push for them to prosecuted to the heights

I perched 4 tires from vinrise and got the the runaround they keep asking for my credit card number every time I call them.when I say no they ether hang up or give me a number that is not in service for customer service this company is not real.i even payed with pay pal and they are willing to do nothing but cancel my account.thank you both very much.

I’m glad I did my homework before purchasing. I looked up the address and it goes to an apartment complex. Definitely a scam. Please be safe

I was searching for a certain tire size, and when googled, you will see several sites for that size....and of all the sites, this company came in the lowest price for a tire that was "too good to be true"....and before I ordered 4 tires (for that price, hell yes..) and before I hit the "complete order box".... my brain stopped me...and "I backed out", I looked this company up and I was so glad I did...so many folks have been "taken/scammed" from this company, I could have been next...I hope this company /site will be investigated and shut down...

I put a set of 4 255/60r15" radial tires in the cart 🛒, for a total of $155, which I have always paid about $155 for 1 tire in the past, lucky for me I researched the site and came across the reviews here, so I thank all the people for writing reviews and warning about this site, Ive been scammed in the past and it hurts, good luck folks I hope you get your refund and then some.

I got scammed by them I usually check before I order anything from anyone never received my items or email do not order anything from them I did not get my money back I lost $60

So we been scammed ,now what happens do someone goes after this clowns or who takes care of the scam, not cool I ordered 2 -12volt and was told I ordered clothes not true story. I need those batterys for a medical chair that my grand son needs and this happens not cool you are taking advantage of him he is handy capped.But what the Hell right you paid you paid bills fed your kids,and with all the rest if the scammed you do someone has to do something about all this .wish
