**Very Disappointing Experience – No Order, No Refund**

I paid for the jeans and shipping but never received my order. I have contacted the store several times, but my emails and phone calls have gone unanswered.

I have received neither the product nor a refund. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.

I expect a full refund. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

The Pants I‘ve got had stains all over them and I cant wash them off. I mean you could assume on the pictures that there where stains but I didnt see them right away and also the raiting of the condition on the website said 10/10 so I thought I can trust them. But stains and damages wouldnt I consider a 10/10 maybe fix this and fix some of the prices. The last times I Order here it was a 10/10 experience and I would stil recommend it but maybe you should have an closer look on the product.

Really bad, I wanted to return the clothes and that cost me 21 euro but Gyvulys don't pick up the pakkage at the post office and when the post office wants to deliver the pakkage they just ignore them. So now I lost 100 euro and Gyvulys ignores all my emails.
