Wow! What an amazing showroom, definitely not your average sofa shop. We travelled over 2 hours on our way south and I so glad we visited. Georgina was very welcoming, patient and helpful. We've had our last sofa for 20 years so it's a big decision. Can't wait for it to be delivered.

I visited the showroom for a browse after coming across TikTok, and I was greeted by a lovely lady called Ella who was so funny and friendly! She was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me which I appreciate! She found a few accessories which will go perfectly in my living room. Worth the trip.. even if it is for a sweet treat! (Great touch) Thank you Vintage Sofa, I will be back!

I would highly recommend this company. Their customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. Amazing comms with videos, pictures, phone calls and a fabric swatch in the post with little treats. Can’t wait to get my new sofa🩷

I visited Vintage Sofa Co on 18th April after already browsing their collection online, so I had a good idea of the two sofas I wanted to see in person to get a feel for their comfort and overall quality.

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel very welcome by Ella. She showed me straight to the sofas I was interested in and let me know I could ask for help at any time. I had a few questions about sizing and fabric options, which she was more than happy to go through with me.

She even offered both myself and my little one a drink and a piece of rocky road, which worked wonders in keeping him happy while we talked through the details. Although the shop was technically closing, I never once felt rushed or pressured to leave.

Ella took the time to walk me through all the available options — from buttons and piping to wooden feet — and even looked at photos of my space to help me make the right choices. She also helped me order extra fabric for a window seat, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Since my visit, she has continued to be available to answer any questions I’ve had.

I’ve had poor experiences in the past when buying high-end furniture that didn’t live up to expectations on delivery, but this experience has been completely different. Ella’s attention to detail and genuine care have given me full confidence, and I’m sure I’ll love my furniture when it arrives.

From the first time I visited the showroom I found it a real surprise, a little like Alice in Wonderland surrounded by weird and wonderful items. With each corner that I turned, it was a feast for the senses!

The service and support I received was none other than excellent and would highly recommended to anyone who is looking for high quality pieces with a unique edge to them.

I was more than happy to make the journey to a very scenic area where I could also visit Hebden Bridge and Brontë Country all in the same visit 😀

We had an issue with a chair (it was damaged by our painter / decorator nothing to do with Vintage Sofa) so needed a replacement. The team at Vintage Sofa Co could not have been more helpful. They arranged for a new chair to be made and pulled out all the stops to ensure we got it asap. The team genuinely about their customers which is rare these days and I can’t recommend them enough!
We will definitely be purchasing more from them.

After many weeks of looking for my perfect sofa I found it. Vintage sofa Co not only have a wonderful range but have been very efficient. What a place! I found this company on Google after searching for a sofa and wanting a bright colour. Travelled 90 minutes to visit the showroom and it was worth it! Changed my mind multiple times but settled on a sofa and 2 chairs and many accessories! Ella was absolutely incredible. So helpful and friendly whilst we shopped around. No pressure at all. We were provided with a bottle of water, rocky road and tea/coffee. Cannot recommend this place enough. The selection of sofas and fabrics is unreal. The showroom is presented so beautifully. I will be back when I need new sofas for my lounge!!

I ordered a sofa and a chair from this company in August 2025 and paid cash
It was due to come in September and it did, it was the wrong sofa, they wouldn’t let it go back that day they told me to hold on to it and use it till my other one got there in October. I didn’t use it I insisted they took it back so it didn’t get damaged only my other one didn’t come and in the last week of November after many phone calls I demanded they got my sofa before Christmas or I would return the chair and would want a refund for the sofa and chair and a foot stool a rug and some ornaments I had also ordered to go with them all they assured me it would be there because they would give me another customers sofa and she would get one after Christmas. It came and it is the worst furniture I’ve ever had in the store it was amazing in reality it is cheap badly made uncomfortable and smaller than the one we sat on in the shop truly awful
Two of the back cushions had stripes in the velvet where they have used the fabric at the end of the roll that shouldn’t get used I informed the instantly and they promised me two new ones I rang to remind them in January and customer service said she would ring me back I’m still waiting.
This is the worsts company ever and the good are cheap tat

Inspiring! Being someone who didn't take much interest in sofa shopping, my wife dragged me down from Cumbria. I was greeted warmly with a cuppa and a chocolate, the showroom looked fantastic, I was really taken aback by how it looked. My wife was made up with her new sofas and I even persuaded her to buy a couple of pictures aswell. Really inspiring and gave me a new interest in interior design. Well done team 'vintage sofa'❤️

Wow! This place is incredible! Came over on Saturday with my family, the customer service is very helpful, Henri looked after us and offered us a nice cup of coffee. We had such a great time and would recommend again! What a lovely place and experience xxx

We visited the showroom which was around one hours drive.
When we arrived we were greeted by natalie who looked after us and helped with our purchases in a nice relaxed manner no pressure. We purchased the hepburn chair, white rabbit clock, large badger picture. The showroom is definitely worth a visit.

Excellent staff communication advice would highly recommended for any furniture requirements! I could have bought the shop!! Beautiful pieces and quality
