Zero Star – Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Shipping & Unfair Return Policy

I ordered a pair of boots from Vinthentic expecting normal U.S. shipping time. Nowhere during checkout was it made clear that the product would be shipped from China. The boots did not arrive by the promised date, and the day before delivery I emailed customer service explaining that if they couldn’t meet the promised timeframe, I no longer wanted the item.

They responded saying it had already shipped and could not be canceled.

When the boots finally arrived, the packaging was poor and the quality was extremely disappointing — nowhere near what was advertised on their website. The materials felt cheap and the product looked nothing like the photos.

I requested a return for a full refund since:
1. It arrived later than promised.
2. The quality was unacceptable.
3. The shipping origin was never clearly disclosed.

They refused to accept a normal return. Instead, they offered only a 30% refund OR told me I would have to pay for international return shipping back to China — which would cost nearly as much (or more) than the boots themselves.

This is not a fair or customer-friendly policy. Requiring customers to pay expensive international return shipping when shipping origin was not clearly disclosed feels misleading.

After multiple back-and-forth emails, I had no choice but to accept the 30% partial refund.

I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company. Be aware:
• Products ship from overseas.
• Delivery times may not match what is implied.
• Returns require expensive international shipping.
• Refund options are extremely limited.

Very disappointing experience.

They have continued to delay a refund. Have given excuse after excuse for this. "Check with the neighbors, check with the the post office, check the shipping number, send a photo of what u received." This operation is a complete scam and they throw everything they can to avoid paying u back. The worst group of thieves I have come across yet. They should be flagged nationally for their actions and barred from doing business in this country.

This website is a totally scam. What you see isn't what you get in terms of quality. These shoes are just plastic & they lied about it being a leather & made overseas. Even the packing has no details, no boxing, just a plastic bag with plastic shoes. It's just a local company in South Africa. Save your money it's not worth buying.

Don't say you have not been warned!

I ordered their 'cashmere' jacket but it's more like just brushed knitwear. Poor packaging and jacket had all kinds of dust and lint all over the jacket. Wasn't cleaned at all during normal production process. It was shipped directly from China in plain poly bag.
Jacket had no size label and no care instructions attached to the jacket. Just very simple hangtag with minimum description. I wouldn't buy from them anymore.

This place is a complete scam.

Products never showed up. Fraud

Ordered a gift for my son (shirt) a week ago. Website has a Delaware address but his shirt is being SHIPPED FROM CHINA!!! Hasn't even been picked up by the shipper yet. And if it has to be returned...how exactly would that work?

Consumers, beware! This is a sub-par company that at best lacks integrity, quality and service! I purchased and paid for four pair of shoes from this company and have to date only received a duplicate pair of the four that arrived boxless wrapped in a thin sheet of plastic! To add further insult to injury, the quality wasn't as described online! The product was said to be weaved leather but is actually a a man made material weave pattern print! Please take head to my warning and dont do business with this company!!!

They offer a product of quality and you get bad stuff, in TEMU you get better quality for half the price and their devolution policy is a scam, do not daré buy.

I purchased 2 pairs of boots. They were advertised as genuine leather, but they are actually of a man made material, and have a rather intense chemical odor.
They do fit, but they run on the smaller side, as I can usually add insole inserts to my boots, but not on these.
They're not awful, but for what I paid, I should have paid a little more for a single pair of boots from a more reputable company.
Edit: it is about a month on, and I came back to say that the chemical smell quickly went away. Though the boots are too small for inserts, they are comfortable, and quite sturdy.
I'm upgrading my original ⭐⭐ up to ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I have order a premium black shoes they send a shoes completely different like buying from street and cost was 1500 but it's actually not more 300 of cost. So my experience is completely bad and no phone number working, unable to send email, email got bounce every time.
I will still reaching out to them but they are still not responding on phone.

Super bad shape and quality of the shoes. They strongly smell like chemicals that give you a headache and for sure carcinogenic! Sent the shoes back to China to the address they provided me and said they never received them when I have the tracking! I never had my money back! Never buy from them!

Great shoes! My only issue was with the courier, Ywwen Express. Their tracking website was available but failed to give a clear or accurate delivery timeline, which made for a poor delivery experience."

My experience is great customer service. They sent me the wrong shoes but they said I could keep them and they would send me the correct ones. I just got the correct ones, looks great, but they're definitely not leather as advertised. At the moment I have 3 great looking shoes Dimitri Vernet Leather Brogue Shoes (not leather, though it's advertised as leather),
Gustave Martel High-top Lace-up Boots and regular shoes. So great looking shoes but not good quality. If you see the shoes described as "leather", they won't be. All 3 pairs of shoes arrived boxless wrapped in a thin sheet of plastic.

They make fool by showing great pictures of shoes and giving discounts by online payment I order two both looks cheap and not same as in pictures. After getting inform that about they don’t even respond. So please don’t waste your time and money. And I will complaint about them further.

This isn't a proper company its some dropship scammers buying cheap rubbish from China and selling it on for a profit.

Honestly wasn't expecting much when I ordered online, cause shoes are tricky. But they felt amazing from the minute I put them on. Wore them all day at a family BBQ—no sore feet, no complaints. Even my cousin asked where I got em from! Crazy comfy, crazy value, totally worth it.
