Worst customer support ever

I think I already gave my feedback. But this link came up again on my mail.
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at violet vows. Com. One of the products I received was damaged, which I had let them know, sadly I hadn't noticed that an unpacking video was mandatory, but again i didn’t want a refund or replacement, but only to bring this issue to their notice, but they weren’t receptive at all, they said I was scamming / fraudulent . Called me an arrogant customer😂. They also made a reel regarding the issue and tried to make it look like i am some scammer. This was the worst online shopping experience of my life.
I’ve never experienced this bad customer service ever in my life.
Usually I do not waste my time on these things, but this seemed so outrageously comic that I had ti write it up here.

Our policies are in place to ensure fairness and transparency for every customer — they aren’t “useless,” but necessary to prevent misuse. In this case, you were asked for an unboxing video as proof, which you couldn’t provide. Suggesting to repack and record again after the fact is considered a serious breach of our verification process and raises strong concerns about authenticity.

We stand by our team’s conduct and their right to maintain integrity in such situations. While we value all feedback, we will not tolerate fraudulent or threatening behaviour toward our staff.

We believe honesty goes both ways — and we’d rather earn genuine 1⭐ feedback than compromise our ethics.

Damaged item recieved

I had bought few earrings and a necklace from this insta page. Upon receiving, that is opening, I realised one of them was tarnished/discoloured. I tried reaching back to resolve the issue. But they said since no unpacking video, no claim. Well, I’d like to emphasise that even if you are not willing to refund/ replace without a video, I still think it’s fair you address a fault on your side when you deliver below par services. It’s not about the money, it’s the way the issue was addressed that just didn’t sit well with me.
Also,bad earrings, just that one, everything else seems okay.

We have never refused to address your concern. The request was very clear—to provide a proof video—which you have been unable to share. Every brand and business operates on certain processes, and we cannot make exceptions to them. At no point did we deny a refund or exchange, so we request you not to spread false claims.

Please note, the packaging itself carries a label that explains how to raise an issue and the proof required. No such proof has been provided from your side. Additionally, your suggestion of repacking the item and then sending an “unpacking video” raises concerns, as it appears to be a suspicious and potentially fraudulent act.

For us to support and assist you effectively, it’s important that you also cooperate by following the correct process when raising issues.
