FRAUDLENT COMPANY - DO NOT BUY
The description on Amazon is that the Visound DRIFT ear buds have "Environmental Noise Cancellation" and the side of the box it comes in states "Noise Isolation." Both are fraudulent claims confirmed by "Bea" from their company who states "the ViSound Drift earbuds are designed to help reduce background noise through a snug in ear fit, but they do not feature active noise canceling technology." The most that was offered was a "partial refund." I would rather they go out of business because they are literally a fly-by-night company that will be selling some other poorly made stuff under a different name soon enough.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Minimal instructions, unable to change volume, poor sound quality and NO customer service while I am bombarded by numerous emails trying to get me to buy more of their trash products.

They are comfortable
They are comfortable, I wear them 1 at a time, so they last my whole shift. I'm not sure about the noise cancelation. And the touch is hard to operate, but I love them.

For the touch controls, we recommend using light, quick taps rather than pressing — for example:
• 1 tap to play/pause
• 2 taps to skip tracks
• Press and hold to adjust volume
It can take a little practice, but most users get used to it quickly.
As for noise, they use passive noise isolation to help reduce surrounding sounds.

I would rate this less than 1 start if it were possible. I ordered 4 earbuds on two seperate orders. The sound quality is terrible and they are uncomfortable. I have emailed vionb on four seperate occasions and called their customer line more than 10 times. No one answers. No one responds. I have no clue how to send these items back and get my refund as promised. Total scam.

Fit great & don’t fall out …
Love the fact I finally found ear buds tha fit my ears! Great sound & they keep their charge for a long time. They do not fall out when I’m running.

Great Fit and Price
Perfect fit for small ears. Do not fall out when working or exercising. Sound and battery life is fine for the size and price. Easy to pair. The touch controls could be better- I can only wear one at work and that side does not pause and is easy to accidentally turn off. It more sense to have them only turn off when put back in the case. Overall, good product.

Great Earbuds for a great price!!
These are great earbuds....The sound on these are better than the few different kinds I have used...They are comfortable in my ear from laying on my side to watch tv or watching videos on my phone in bed...I got the buy 1 and get one....I love to have a back up pair....Thanks for a great product!!

Drop Shipped, Low Quality, Poor Sound
I bought the 2 for 1 Facebook offer of 2 ViSound Earbuds from VionB.
The website advertised "FAST AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY" but they were dropshipped from China and took over 3 weeks to arrive. The case was unbranded unlike the photos on the website
They are very cheaply made with tinny, shrill unpleasant sound and no bass.
Both pairs regularly have one side or the other drop out or power down while playing music despite being fully charged.
None of thje advertised tap functions work.
If you want to try them more cheaply just Google SK26 Ear Buds and there are plenty of other suppliers at less than a 10th of the price.
They advertise 60 day trial but emails to arrange a return are not answered.
The stock AI reply below this review is meaningless. I had already 'reached out' to their support but they do not respond.

Love my new Air Ultra Light Earbuds, I have small ears so never been able to wear most earbuds out there, but these are great under my helmet, or going to sleep at night listening to podcasts etc
