The initial ad for this product from this company took place on a plane with a caucasian man who was in an altercation and being aggressive with an Indian gentleman. The ad read to the effect that he was able to translate what the Indian gentleman said, and translated, it was derogatory toward the wearer of the ear buds. This ad is clearly incites division and hate. Horrible marketing.

No email responses. No tracking info. No phone number listed. Ordered Jan 21 and still no package. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASING.

Horrible Customer service I have sent 4 emails with no response to return this item if you buy it your stuck with it it must come from China

I purchased an unlimited plan for 6 months in advance. There is no unlimited plan because they depend on other carriers. They throttle your data, supposedly, and have no solution but wait. I have work to do. Lies in advertising.

Beware!!!!! Total scam. I ordered a Micromellow Advent Calendar on November 20, 2024. They got my money but I haven’t received anything as of today December 14, 2024!!! This obviously needs to be reported to the BBB! I am so upset, this was a gift for my Granddaughter. FYI. I have sent several emails and haven’t received a single response.

Ordered a squish mallow advent calendar in Nov paid extra for tracking and fast dispatch, nothing even came, tracking number is false . Item not even in country at time of ordering . Despite countless emails nothing forthcoming . DON'T order from here. Couldn't give 0 stars if I could have I would have done.

ordered two pillows in October- no tracking provided - no response multiple emails with only an order #- cant track anything without tracking info- and i paid with Shop app- they also have not responded or helped me- thought i would have protection from scams with this pay app- NO

Scam! Never got my order, they provided me with the wrong tracking and they won’t respond to my emails!

Purchased my pillow almost 2 months ago and have never received it. When I write in and ask for the tracking they either don't respond, or they'll respond and say that they'll "track it and make sure it gets to me" but still conveniently leave out any real tracking information.

Scam!!!! Like so many others, I never received my order.

This dry shampoo has a fresh lemon scent and sprays out very smoothly. I have not noticed any residue left on my hair and I love how it adds volume to my hair as well as extends times between washes without the greasy look. My absolute favorite party about this company is they are cruelty free!! Overall very satisfied.
