VIP Motorsport Avis 

I made 3 orders with them and only 1 turned up on time. One was sent to their warehouse instead of my address and there was no communication of this at all I contacted them when the delivery date was overdue. The other one I had to get refunded as was over a week past the 25 business day delivery date, I had contacted several times for an update and was made to feel like I was badgering them, left it for a week and heard nothing so I rang and spoke to Neil directly who lied to me about them having rang and spoke to me when they didn't and then lied about being the only distributor for the product I bought when they aren't even listed on the product manufacturers website. AVOID

Fantastic service, highly recommended, sourced a part quicker than anywhere else and great communication which is a very hard to get nowadays

Been buying of VIP for 8 years. Always been happy with the customer service and knowledge.

I have purchased lots of performance parts from VIP, always delivered quickly, good communication and customer support.

Haven't heard anything from them. Bought my carbon part on 1/1-26. They said 10-15 business days, but it's now been 40 days. They've replied once that they'll contact their warehouse and get back to me, but they've never heard back.

The money has been withdrawn from my account.

Placed an order in August, company reached out to confirm the order was correct, assumed I was in good hands from a prompt response. I’m told there will be a lead time of 10-15 working days before the product arrives from the US, I confirm I am happy with this… It has now been over 20 working days and multiple emails in, I have received no response from the company in regards to my emails, and certainly no updates about where my order is (if it’s even happening??). However it does seem I’m not the only one that has had this problem…
Edit: I finally managed to get hold of a worker that informed me the wheels arrived last Friday and will be shipped to me this Wednesday. (01/10/25) I ordered them on 21/08/25 and was told 10-15 working days. Would’ve been much easier if they replied to my emails with this information.

The lads at VIP really went above and beyond for me, after I purchased an item that was not available for 2weeks they found me a perfect alternative and got it to Northern Ireland the next day! Which meant I could install my exhaust over the weekend!

Have been using VIP for a few years now for subaru parts and could not recommend them higher. 5* service!

This company used to be very good but more recently they seem to have gone downhill rapidly when it comes to waiting on products to be delivered. 3 weeks+ to get an oil catch can for my car from Damond Motorsports in USA! Come on guys, I could have actually got the part faster ordering directly from Damond myself!! These long wait times are a bit pathetic and the sort of thing I would expect in the medieval times when we were using just horse and cart! You need to come up with a better supplier for your overseas shipments OR keep more parts in stock regularly! You can make up all the excuses under the sun, but at the end of the day your poor logistics will make customers go elsewhere.

Update: 07/05/2025..
Order has been in a state of processing since the 4/4/2025. Still no further progress on the order! So far I have waited over a month for an oil catch can when I was initially advised it would be 3 weeks! I sent them an email 2 days ago asking for an update on the order, no one can be bothered to reply to me about the order!

Had quite a few Parts for my Mazda MPS and always received them without issue. Good up front communication when parts on back order. I said happy to wait but given the choice of another product. Happy to give out technical info if you need it

Ordered an NRG steering wheel, arrived and was very poor quality, finish was absolutely awful and had multiple chips and marks where the paint met the spokes. Not VIP Motorsports fault, but when emailed about the issue, they said yes NRG do sometimes have small marks and it is the worst they had seen. I asked to return for a full refund as I wasn't happy with how badly marked the wheel and damaged the wheel was. Sent the wheel back and they had it 12 days before processing a refund. No contact during this period to say refund was on the way or return was received. When emailed to ask why I hadn't been refunded in this period that didn't reply. In the end they refunded me my original amount minus my return postage, so I'm out of pocket for a wheel that was complete rubbish. Not overly impressed.

BRAUM seats. Not an easy purchase. If not on the shelf, I wouldn't recommend.
Long preorder which knew of for USA stock.
Great till get money, then very poor on updates & what's actually happening.
Further 3weeks to get from USA to UK.
Constant chasing for updates & very poor replies that were slow & no real information in them. Lots of ignored messages on multiple platforms. Lucky to get a reply then nothing true or informative in them.
Next day postage once they had them in UK store.
Need massive improvement on customer service, updates on actual order.
Its like they aren't interested once got money, stock will just turn up whenever.

Braum can post in 3-5days from USA to UK so wish just went with braum site.

On the 15th of May I have placed an order( 27801) with VIPMotorsport. Its the 5th of July and totally lost contact with the support members I have been in touch with ( Neil and Josh) while my emails sent to the sales team are now being returned as it seems their mailbox is no longer existent. Currently in touch with my credit card provider to get a money return as I have lost hope in ever getting the parts I have ordered. General lack of communication ( except if you really pushy you will get something out of em in terms of updates). I would suggest to stay away from getting into business with them, currently hoping to get my money back.

Good communication and quick to respond to any queires. Item arrived when stated and i would have no issue buying from VIP motorsport again in the future. Thanks again

I bought a AWE exhaust from VIP, good price and service. Delivery was delayed (no fault of VIP) however communication was good and when the exhaust arrived in the UK it was delivered, really well packaged the next day.

I recently purchased a cat back exhaust for my Subaru. They had quoted 3 weeks delivery as shipping from the US but it came within a week. Unfortunately it had arrived to me slightly damaged but they were super quick to resolve for me. Always a sign of a good company. Would recommend and buy again!

I ordered car seats in Nov before Brexit and Neil kept me totally up to date on when they were to arrive to them. He then sorted out the vat/customs before shipping to Ireland. He responded to all my emails so promptly. There was a customs issue where the courier would not deliver until an additional charge was paid, Neil got on to them and sorted it all out. I would highly recommend using them again, and they were one of the best websites I ever bought from online, they were so efficient and prompt. Also the car seats were great quality and I was really happy with the colour - they will look great in my jeep when I have it restored!

Neil offered fantastic customer service from the very beginning. Answered every question I had, providing pictures etc where necessary. I ordered a set of wheels from VIP, quick dispatch as soon as the wheels had arrived from the US, updating me regularly.

I had an issue with the finish on two centre caps and they have kindly offered to sort it out for me.

Can't recommend them enough 10/10

I've used Neil at VIP Motorsport for years, couldn't recommend them enough!
If its sourcing parts or just looking for some technical advice these guys are my go-to.

Excellent customer support and a high level of expertise.
