I would give it zero if I could! The product description was totally different. It was not an authentic Peter Thomas Roth product. It was a dupe that did not work. I could not send it back as the shipping cost was too costly.
They promised to give me back $10.00 but I haven’t seen it as yet!! Extremely disappointed!!
This company ripped me off too
This company ripped me off too. They took my money for a product I ordered (eye cream) and sent some completely different product (body cream). And refuse to answer my emails or contact me about this situation. I’ve contacted my credit card company and filing complaints. Do NOT order from them. They are baiting and switching customers! With no customer support
Complete Scam!
Complete Scam!! Stay away from this site. I ordered a Peter Roth eye cream and got a copycat from China. Most importantly, it does not work and they said full refund if I send it back to china.
Save your $$$!

I received an advertisement on Facebook about these so-called amazing products on ViralLush. One was an Instant Eye Tightener-Ultimate Lift and Smooth Finish.
The videos were so convincing that I decided to purchase it with a promise that if I did purchase this product that, for free, their Colored Clay Undereye Corrector with a Free Brush.
The amount was $35.99, discounted from $56.79. I placed the order, and with shipping of $6.99 the total cost was $42.98. That was on August 9th and I still have not received the order!
I used Shop Pay to pay in 2 installments and fortunately for me my card was blocked by my credit card company because of unknown charges related to another charge. But my credit card was shut down by my credit card company and they issued me another credit card. Thank god because I read this on the Internet today:
"Virallush.com operates a fraudulent e-commerce platform designed to extract customer payments and sensitive personal information through deceptive shopping schemes.
Threat actors promote the platform through spam campaigns and social media manipulation on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, utilizing artificially low prices and stolen product imagery to attract victims to the fraudulent marketplace.
After payment processing, victims typically experience one of the following outcomes:
Order abandonment: Payments are processed but no products are delivered
Counterfeit merchandise: Low-quality replicas that do not match product descriptions
Used or damaged goods: Previously owned, broken, or tampered items
Incorrect products: Completely different items from those ordered
Beyond fraudulent merchandise, Virallush.com harvests customer data during checkout including full names, addresses, phone numbers, and payment card details. This information is likely utilized for identity theft, financial fraud, or sale on dark web marketplaces.
Today I sent this email (the only way to contact anyone at this company, but Trustpilot.com wont allow me to post email addresses):
Hello,
My credit card ending in 5549 was compromised and my bank card company shut it down and is sending me a new card.
At this time, I'd like to cancel my order and not pay for any products due to the fact that I ordered them on August 9th and I still have not received them!
I have read reviews on your company and they have reported that ViralLush is a Chinese SCAM COMPANY!
Here, I'll let you read for yourself what's been reported about ViralLush:
"Virallush.com operates a fraudulent e-commerce platform designed to extract customer payments and sensitive personal information through deceptive shopping schemes.

After sending most of the above to ViralLush's email this is how I ended it to ViralLush today:
Due to the above, I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCTS, NOR WILL I PAY FOR THEM!
Please confirm that you will not try to ship the products and you will CANCEL THIS ORDER IMMEDIATELY!
Not your customer,
Stacey Upton
Anyone who's looking at Virallush.com for ANYTHING, needs to be aware of the above and stay as far away from them as you can!
