Very prompt response to simple online form, quick action of an emailed prescription for antibiotics which I needed and which could show email to any pharmacy in Spain to get medication.
Not too expensive either and worth it for speed and not needing to physically visit doctors as I felt so unwell.

Have used Virtual Clinic as a quick weekend response to an issue I had. I had a consultation organized in 20 mins and full comprehensive diagnosis and pain medication issued immediately via email. Have used a second time and flawless. Very fast response time too!

Very helpful doctor

I have used Virtual Clínica twice now to get medication refills when traveling abroad. Both times I was able to get an appointment right away with a doctor who was both helpful and caring. I got a clear explanation and help with my concerns.

Very easy to setup an appointment using the website. I got a prompt response, discussed my case with a GP and got my prescription all within the hour. It was my first time using a service as this one and was very impressed with how convenient and efficient it was.

Todo el proceso fue inmediato, desde que solicité la cita en 15 minutos ya me habían contactado para atenderme, el servicio es rapidísimo. Le expliqué lo que me pasaba y me dieron la solución al momento. No dudaría en recomendarlo, si al 100%. La dra. lucia Prieto, que me atendió fue un encanto.

Bei der Anmeldung und im weiteren Online Prozess gab es Spanisch und Englisch als Sprachoption.
Da muss man schon etwas Aufpassen, da manche Texte dann doch wieder auf Spanisch sind. Also Daten eingeben, bezahlen und warten. Bei mir 10minuten.
Es kommt eine Mail mit dem Termin. Der Arzt rief dann auf WhatsApp an.
Arztgespräch auf Englisch.
Dann kann per SMS ein Link wo ein Dokument unterzeichnet werden soll und wieder hochgeladen.
Rezept kam dann per Mail.
Das ganze ging auf jeden Fall sehr schnell.
Man sollte aber schon etwas in Technik versiert sein.

I was speaking to a Doctor within 20 minutes of my initial enquiry. She listened to my concerns and checked my general state of health. A prescription was emailed to me within 10 minutes. The system worked very well for me and I wouldn't hesitate to use again. It was very straightforward and the medication has helped enormously.
