Te ghostean luego de que haces todo el proceso, nunca que dicen que si o que no, no te dice que paso con tu aplicacion, tengo desde enero esperando respuesta y ellos nunca me dijeron nada. Muy poco profesional de su parte, no recomendaria aplicar a esta empresa.

Terrible... They post a lot of fake job ads. Looking for "cheap" labour in Latin America, so instead of paying FC $10-15k per month they offer up to $2k , what a scam. For someone with over 15 years of financial experience I find it borderline abusive tactics. They make you complete loads of unnecessary tests, the online system is faulty, recording own videos instead of talking to a real human being. Is this supposed to be a future of recruitment? Appalling.
Edit: the company CEO contacted me about my review. At first I was open to provide him all evidence and emails with regards to their faulty technical issues, so that he can use it to further improve them, but instead he was pushy and disrespectful. The only thing he was clearly interested in was taking my review down. That is the difference between good and bad companies...the good ones learn from their errors and mistakes. He's claims continued at that stage over the phone, saying the financial controller role they advertised was paying $94 per hour (!!) ... interesting, because their website claims they can find a cheap talent from $7 per hour and their motto taken directly from the website is "we will find you talent in Latin America for 70% less cost than in USA. "

I'm fully aware these can be rules of the market but have some decency and respect for those less fortunate to be on USA salaries of $10k plus in the senior roles by making it motto of your business.

I'd like to update my previous review. The owner reached out personally to apologize and rectify the situation, showing genuine care for customer feedback. This experience transformed a negative into a positive, illustrating that some companies truly value and act on their customers' opinions. I’m pleased to see this level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

By our standards their team is incredible. They continue to equip our company with some of the most exceptional talent there is. We wouldn't be able to operate without them.

The guidance throughout the entire recruitment process was smooth and clear, and every person involved took the time to ensure I had no unanswered questions. They also kept track of my onboarding with the client and stayed close for anything I needed at any point. Additionally, they are very quick to respond to inquiries.

The entire team is incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. The recruiters were super understanding when recruiting me; even the client I work with is super kind and polite! Weekly meetings to keep track of the work and provide new workplace updates. Honestly the best workplace ever.

The company is great and they do pay on time and they are able to get you hired eventually. The process can take a bit longer than expected to get hired but once you're in you're good to go. I had an issue towards the end regarding not getting any follow-up or messages. Other than that the company is great
