The most horrible experience with this company, I bought a script from them on codecanyon and the script ended up being full of bugs, the support is REALLY BAD! Don't invest in a script from them and waste your time and money because you won't get any support afterwards.

My experience with viserlab.com has been highly disappointing. I purchased three licenses, and to my dismay, the scripts were riddled with bugs and errors. When I reached out to their customer support team for assistance, they stated that they would only address issues that fall within their standard development framework. If I wanted any customization or additional fixes, I would have to pay extra fees.

I reiterated that my issue was not about customization but rather their responsibility to fix the existing bugs in their scripts. However, they still refused to help unless I paid more.

On another occasion, I had an issue with one of my licenses not working, despite being within the support period that came with my purchase. Upon contacting their customer support team, they directed me to the support department to open a ticket. However, I received no resolution to my issue, despite multiple attempts at seeking assistance.

Their customer service has been unprofessional and inadequate in addressing my concerns. Their team members' lack of urgency and unwillingness to help have resulted in significant frustration and inconvenience for me.

Overall, I would not recommend viserlab.com to anyone. Their buggy scripts, lack of support, and unwillingness to resolve issues within their domain are significant red flags. It's best to look elsewhere for reliable software solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction such as Fiveium.

I purchased this script but unfortunately it is not working as the description, this script is full of bugs and the support is not friendly, they will not accept any kind of refund request so please do not purchase this script and download it for free from github.

1- Domain Registration not working automatically, when asked them they said you have to approve it manually, then if someone purchased a domain and paid online, he/she should wait for you to approve it manually.

2- Adding a cPanel services not working, the support said it is your server problem but the hosting provider said this is the script problem.

3- No option to create or delete clients from admin panel.

4- No option to create or delete orders from admin panel.

5- No option to create or delete invoices from admin panel.

6- The support is not friendly.

7- If you ask them how we can change the admin URL, the answer is we will do it for extra charge.

8- If you ask them how we can edit the frontend style or add some html tags they will send you Laravel tutorials.

9- They will not accept any kind of request about refund.

my experience is that this guy is a big scammer he uses small details to make you upside down, never buy these products which are full of bugs, he already has a very bad reputation on the web

I had purchased a SMM code from CodeCanyon that advertised a life time license and 6 months of support. However, when the 6 months of support expired, ViserLab cancelled my license and refused to activate it, even though I had already paid for it. Instead, they insisted that I purchase the license again. This is terrible customer service, and I would highly recommend avoiding ViserLab at all costs. If you do decide to do business with them, make sure you read the fine print and be aware that they will not honor their promises.

Anyways, i am filing a refund demand on paypal also gonna file consumer compaint againt them.

The offer of this company ViserLab is absolutely dubious. They offer positive awards. Also for TrustPilot. Supplied by ViserLab. This is scam.
