The apartments do not have air conditioning and it gets warm fast. You can open the window, and deal with the street noise.
The shower did not drain properly and I called customer service at least 4 times to get it fixed. I stayed for 3 nights and after many empty promises, nobody showed up to fix the problem.
The sheets were stained which makes me think cleanliness is not their top priority.
Vision apartments do not care about their guests, and I will not be using them again.
They made me pay for damage I did not cause.
I stayed for a week in a flat in Zurich. There was a broken ceramic toilet brush holder on my arrival, that I did not think much of. However after checking out, I received an invoice for 76 CHF. The customer support was not helpful at all, they repeated over and over again that according to their T&C's damages not reported within 3 days must be paid for. They did not comment on the fact that I did not break it, or attempted to help in any way. It turned the whole experience into a horrible one.
The sad thing is that I paid for a mistake made by their cleaning staff, they should have reported the damage (or maybe they made it, will never know).

Ganz große Betrugsnummer. Hatte ein Apartment MIT Parkplatz über booking.com gebucht und nach der Buchung erfahren, dass der Parkplatz irrsinnig teuer ist.
Bezahlt ebenfalls über booking.com, jetzt wollen Sie eine erneute Zahlung direkt über meine Kreditkarte.

Beside the false image of a luxury all inklusive business apartment Provider, the "customer service" proves massively questionable " service"
1. Sending double Codes to two different guests. While one Guest were harrasing the other.
2. Sending wrong Codes or Apartment Numbers.
3. Not nothing any Agreements taken, which ends up in 1 hours Phone calls , 3-5 Times, 30 E-Mails back and Forward
Damage of time for Work or private life, stealing time.
4.Not at all solution or business orientated, they prefer to trick and cheat instead of offering solutions and real service
5. Red Light clientel from bouth sides.

Old fashioned apartments in Zurich , super expensive small and so humid with no ventilation at all and cheapest furniture plus bed right next to door , and the worst thing was shutters from the 70s that couldnt be opened.
Would never stay there again and advise anyone to look at other places, vision apartments are worst place i have ever had misfortune if staying. Never again
Would've been a decent place to stay, but turned out a pain
I stayed at Visionapartments Geneva Gare. It would have been a good place to stay, but I had a horrible experience in terms of security.
The room turned out ok. Cosy, clean, with comfy bed and a proper bathroom. Check-in was fully remote (via emails), with access code provided prior to arrival. The people I met at the reception (note that it doesn't work 24/7!) were cheerful and friendly - unlike those I exchanged emails with.
Free public transport tickets were supplied, as it is with all legal accommodations within the canton of Geneva. Perfect location, within minutes from the main (Cornavin) station on foot.
As for the outbalancing drawbacks, there came absurd policies, which violate not only the law but also common sense: I was forced to provide full, uncensored scans of our passports in order to be checked in, otherwise the booking would get cancelled. This is a dire violation of collecting minimum personal data principle and, obviously, a potential cyber security threat.
Furthermore, a day before my payment was processed, someone accessed the host's Booking.com profile and sent me a fraudulent message with a phishing link which could have stolen my credit card details had I not been vigilant.
A cherry on top is my post-booking experience. I requested an invoice via email, providing the exact data I needed as remarks on the document to have it settled. The customer service agent ignored me altogether and replied with a general invoice that their system generated and did not even bother to write "sorry, it's impossible" as if nothing had happened.
If only the company's policies were tad more reasonable, I would have gladly ranked it much higher...
Stealing and giving your data
Stealing, not thrust worthy and giving your personal data to third parts, whom they decline to say who is.
We, my boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience with Visionsapartments, and it was not one of the good parts.
It all started when we had booked the place. They then started to ask us, for our personal data. They wanted this to be send over the net. We had naturally our worries with this part. We contacted a friend of ours, who is a lawyer that specializes in the GDPR law registration. After the talk with him, we were advised not to send our passport over the net - an item vision apartment kept asking for. This we declined. They send us their 23 pages long guideline, to calm us. It just got us more worried. In this it stated that they were allowed to sell/give our data to third part (which they are not, due to the EU GDPR laws). They responded to us, that they didn’t need to follow this law, since the apartments are in Switzerland. But since the company are run from Poland, they are working under EU law, as our lawyer also confirmed.
After some writing back and fourth, we said that we would be more then willing to show this document offline. This they accepted. But suddenly other id like drivers license were accepted. So we send that online instead. They accepted that part.
All good, we arrived to the apartment, where they requested, that we as guest should count literally every single spoon and all that there was in the apartment. No trace of any hospitality here.
The next morning we are going out and are coming back at 9 PM. ONLY to discover that our code for our rooms didn’t work. Us out of power on the phone, with no roaming are then going back to a local bar, where we were lucky enough to get some power.
Then we went back to the apartments, where the was a phone number we could call (an for us with no roaming expensive one) They claimed on the phone, that they didn’t receive the data on us. Which they did. The lady on the phone apologized and acknowledged, that they had the data and the data was correct. We for our own safety recorded this conversation. After the talk we were given access to our apartment again. But they in this way made us homeless in another country, stole our stuff and in no way did they try to make up for it. They made us look like criminals. But after this, we got in.
When we had to check out, the cleaning lady wanted to get acces more than 2 hours before the checkout.
We naturally contacted Booking.com with all this, but their hands where ties, as the vision apartments denied that any of this ever happened, even though that all the correspondence is there, that we we have the phone call recorded.
Since Vision apartments decided to lie about all of this, we decided to contact them ourself. They denied it all, and started shouting of us.
They don’t care about any clients, they don’t care about hospitality, they are not trustworthy, they are selling your personal date…..
Never ever book with this company!

Unfair payment request
Tried to book an apartment, providing a lot of personal data. When arriving to the payment page, they asked to me the complete payment of the stay for the reservation. I did not complete the procedure, nor I provided credit card, nor I provided bank account.
Now they ask the payment anyway.
Please, be careful.
Will cancel your booking few hours before your confirmed check-in time!
I had booked a 3 night stay and it was confirmed.
Been in contact with them through Booking.com, to ask about late check-out and to confirm our arrival time, even on the day of arrival I send the relevant information to get our check-in code, all was answered by Visonapartment staff. (hard to get in contact with at first, had to send two messages)
2 hours before we had to check in, while we was on our flight heading to Berlin, they cancelled our booking due to a "bug".. So when we landed in Berlin we didn't have any place to stay.
Two days later I get a message from Visionapartments that they can not host us tonight and that we can contact booking.com for a solution. Terrible service with such a late message from them!
I would never recommend to book this place, to anyone due to the risk of them cancelling your booking so close to your check-in.

I wont recommend that place at all, especially Summer time. Super hot in the room, the window to open is so small that you cannot feel any new entering. Room has an ongoing smell at all time. Paintings super damaged, walls are dirty. View on a speed road which keeps a 24/7 noise. Missing items during the check-in, the follow-up on my mail has never been done despite several queries. No option given to park the car when they do the sanitization of the garage. No concrete indication to find the parking entrance at the check-in which results to hours on the phone to guide yourself. Missing parking ticket at the check-in which result in warning paper in your own parking slot! Pictures do not reflect at all the reality of the room. Thats honestly a very bad place to come to when moving-in to Zurich.
Dreckiges Zimmer & super schlechter Kundenservice
Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, aber das Zimmer war bei Ankunft überhaupt nicht geputzt und entsprach keinerlei hygienischen Ansprüchen. Kundenservice war nicht zu erreichen und hat mehrere Tage für Antworten gebraucht. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Central and easy to find. Quick booking and Nice customservice before the stay.
When we arrives there wasnt clean at all. We Took alot of pictures and havent had Any respons from the Company, although we have written to make Them confirm our emails.
