Vision Solar has done a professional job on our solar project . I was a little concerned about the time frame which was quite long, but considering all the red tape involved with getting the system installed and functional, things do take time.
Our project manager, Justin Wiggins was on top of his game. Once we got to the point of completing the job, Justin jumped in and made it happen. He was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgable and answered all concerns ! Thank you Justin. I will also like to recognize that the installation team was on time...polite...and respectful of us and our property.
Thank you Solar Vision ... I am looking forward to seeing a savings on our energy bill.

Wanted to say huge Thank you to people who tried their best to make this Day happened, who always picked up the phone and guided us through. Cathy, Andrew and others (great company by the way) It was not easy, was not quick, 7 months from installation day, but when it's happened, when we finally could push the solar handle down and place whole house in the solar mode - feels super awesome !!! I hope it all goes smooth from now on, and we finally could save some dollars on natural energy of sun. Amen :)

My experience with Christina Hendron was refreshing. Up to this point I have been incredibly disappointed with the overall service at Vision Solar!! Christina was very professional and seemed empathetic to our problem. She said she would do her best to help me resolve our issue and I believe that she will try! We began this process on 09/03/2022, the service was finally activated on 12/26/2022. It has been more than 4 months since then and We STILL HAVE NOT received our $500.00 sign on bonus as promised, which is very clearly written into our contract(which I have a copy of)!!! I have called the ONLY number supplied to me, which is the concierge monthly!! I am read from the same scripted response each time and when I ask to speak to someone in charge, I am told that there isn’t a name or number that I can be supplied…the same exact information EACH and EVERY time I call…I have sent an email to the CEO of Vision Solar but NEVER received a response! I can only assume that I was scammed and now have no choice but to report this to the Better Business Bureau, my attorney and “Better Get Baquero” of channel 7 Eyewitness News! I unfortunately have nothing but time to pursue this matter and fully intend to do so!!!! I would never recommend the VisionSolar Company!!!!

Colby came was on time explained everything to me perfectly I am excited to go solar! Great rep and very valuable to the company service was excellent I recommend vision solar to everyone.

The initial salesperson I felt wasn't entirely too knowledgeable and I felt rushed in having to make a decision. It was some time before the first set of installers came, and I was not impressed. They left a bit of material both innthe attic and outside the property. It was quite a while before I could get any answers on when the system was going to be turned on. I would call once a week, and every week I would get a different answer. Then, the finance company advises that I begin to pay for the system. Why am I paying for something that is not working?!?!? It wasn't until I finally spoke with Tina from customer service did I see any activity at all. She got answers for me, people actually showed up to complete and follow up on work. She got the permits finally completed and the system turned. I wish I had her on the job from the beginning. She was truly an asset and put me at ease not only in communication but following up to make sure the job was completed.

Sean Saks took over my contract and got things done and quick! He is an asset to your company!

Had a great experience for my initial consultation with Jaydeep and I got installed too. Installers did a great job completed the job in 1 day. Very happy with the company’s work, I would recommend to other people.

Took the time to explain the solar was told a 650 credit score had well above that and was denied. Pushed to get the process going wasted 2 hours of my life
