I am a bit mixed with my review this company!!
I placed 3 separate orders and all 3 arrived in good time. However when i placed one of the orders i accidentally ordered 2 of an item. Tried emailing and using the contact form, but no response. Did the same the next day and the next day - all to no avail. Could not find their phone number. Eventually found their number on their facebook weirdly.
Phoned and spoke to a lovely lady who said no one was available and took all my details, but guess what - no call back.
3 weeks later and calling everyday, I'm told today that I always get through to reception as there is nobody available to answer the phone. But I dont understand how this happens everytime I call, and more annoyingly dont get a call back as promised!
So I still have an item for £100 that I dont need and didnt want and zero contact.

I am deeply disappointed with this company and would never recommend them. I placed an order for an A1 pavement sign on 13 July with a stated 1–2 day delivery time. After waiting over two weeks, I had received zero tracking details, no dispatch confirmation, and absolutely no replies to my multiple emails.It was only after I informed them I would contact my card provider that I finally received a response. Their reply was rude, falsely claiming that a courier had attempted delivery twice and that I had refused it. I never received a single tracking number, delivery notification, missed delivery card, email, or text to suggest any delivery was ever attempted.Instead of investigating the courier issue or offering to resend the order, they simply cancelled it and issued a refund. The total lack of communication and poor accountability is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company.

Same as a previous customer, it’s the curse of the water based pavement sign! I received a plastic base and no sign. No contact number so emailed multiple times and filled in the online form, surprise surprise, same as other customers, no reply!

UUPDATE…. Still nothing from them weeks on, no contact from them whatsoever, they even had the check to send a review us for their website!

I wrote a review through their system based on a Water Base Pavement Sign I purchased from them, and surprised to see this disappear suggesting that they heavily adapt their reviews so you only see half the story.

Box was normal but item inside was damaged, ive been fobbed off via phone call and ignored via email with no response to my issue,

Customer after service is non existent, They have no address on their website and their telephone number is quite difficult to find as I had to go off website to do this.

I will never use this company again and advise others to also avoid. They show little care.
