Twice they have sent the wrong items!
Ordered from Vitapoint through Amazon. Twice they have sent the wrong items! They approved the return but asked me to contact them before returning it, because they may not want it back. However their phone goes straight to a voicemail box that's full and can't take messages! So I am now stuck with the risk of a £20 return fee if I use the return label.
With customer service this bad, how do they survive?

There is always a reason that prices are to good to be true!
They advertise 24/7 customer support yet don't bother to respond to emails.
I placed a big order and didn't get free Shipping & Handling as my parcel was too heavy. Had I split my order into 4 orders I would have had no Shipping & Handling.
Gobsmacked!!

Regarding the shipping charges, these are automatically calculated based on the total weight and size of the parcel. In some cases, splitting items into multiple orders may qualify for free shipping, but larger combined orders can exceed the threshold, which is why the charge was applied. We understand how this can be frustrating and will certainly pass your feedback on to our team for review.
We also sincerely apologise for did not receive a timely response from our support team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will look into this to improve our response times.

Despite negative reviews, I had no problems at all.
I was dubious about ordering because of all of the negative reviews. But I saw a product on Amazon and noticed it was from this company. It was cheaper to order direct (including postage) and it was going to arrive quicker. So I took the plunge and I'm glad I did.
I ordered early evening, so I knew my items wouldn't come the next day as nobody would have been there to process my order. But my order was processed early morning the next day and dispatched shortly after. I received my item the next day as promised. My only gripe would be, I ordered a tin of paint and it didn't have any cling film around the lid for extra security. Luckily it didn't spill. I'm nit picking really, but overall a great experience. Very good prices and fast delivery. Good communication throughout.

Had my doubts after seeing the company sold lots of random items but I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of postage. no communication was necessary and I havnt been bombarded with follow up sales emails.
