The company owner sent me a personal note thanking me for my purchase as well as provided additional info (Video clips) I requested about using the individual kit items correctly. Great customer service! Quality products!

Amazing company with amazing selection and service!
The prices and selection are great. Just about anything you could want or need - and again priced right. The customer service is AMAZING! Any questions I had were answered the same day or maybe the next day. They bend over backwards to help and make sure the customer is completely satisfied.

Excellent all around
Kit was top notch as expected, shipping was fast and the customer service was a excellent. After trying another source out of South Florida that talked big but took weeks to ship, Vitac will be my go to from now on.

Highly recommend these guys. You won’t be disappointed
Great products, fair prices, good communication, fast shipping, easy to buy through with an fsa/hsa card, additional value in free videos on administering aid with said products. I don’t have a single negative thing to say. I had a question about my first order with them(not due to anything that went wrong, just wanted to verify something) and they got back to me promptly with a clear and accurate answer.

Stomp Pack - I Did not even need to ask about a item I recived, I just gave simple honest feedback and within day's I have a replacement. As well the GovX ID i had issues and my Veterans Discount was returned within mins! Hats off to the customer service & quality products!
